I thought my lawyer was supposed to be on my side! Secondly, the entire project of selling and buying both houses was my and only my project. Although my husband and FIL were there, that was just to sign things. The older male lawyer asked a question and as I tried to respond he told me to hush. I was traumatized so I did what I was told. Every question he asked my husband, my husband had to get the answer from me. Third, although I was on an extreme time crunch, they barely tried to get ahold of the other lawyer.
