Based on my experience with dealing with painters, cancelling, not showing up without a call or showing up 2 hours late for an estimate. I had the containers marked with the color sample cards with directions as to what paint goes where! The problem was they did not read or write English and were using phones for their needs for translation! We booked Pizzazz to repaint two bedrooms, and paint a new bedroom and bathroom. We had some unique paint designs (wide stripes & split wall colors) which they handled perfectly. They filled and repair all nail holes perfectly, and even used a "dustless" sander to ensure no mess. Communication was very clear, and responsive.
