The spots they caulked and claimed were finished look awful. When we told them their first day would be their last day, the retuned to pick up their ladders and vandalized our property. The dumped paint all over our back porch and red paint on our new house trim. They also left behind their red paint can with their bill of sale on it. The painting and caulking was extremely sloppy, paint dripped onto my custom tile floors, baseboards were cut with gaps between the floor and the wall and not flush with the joining pieces. I raised each item to the team and shared pictures. The work was partially remediated and then the team demanded payment. Their prices were not less than their competitors and I now regret not going with someone else, as I will have to hire a competitor to fix the sloppy work of J&K.
