When Back and Body was not able to help, I went to another chiropractor. The 2nd chiropractor knew right up front there would be an additional cost of almost $20 per treatment. When I asked Back and Body why they didn't let me know sooner, I was told I signed a paper saying I would be responsible for anything that was not covered by insurance.
