I cannot remember when the last time I had full range of motion in my neck. I could always look as…read morefar as ROM would let me to my right but not to my left and my neck has been in constant pain and torturing me. After just ONE adjustment I can look all the way to the left, the knots in my neck / shoulders are much smaller than they have been, no headaches since my last adjustment and I am enjoying my neck not spasming / hurting after doing anything. Also, I was told in the past my posture is a "forward neck motion" posture. Where I kind of slouched my neck and it was extended forward. Not a problem now! ANd I don't have to have two pillows for my neck and no more weird wonky positioning of my arms when I sleep to get my neck "supported / comfortable".
