There is an old saying, if something does not work the sixth time lets keep doing it and milk more money. My treatment plan for a stiff neck was to keep stretching it. It kept getting worst. Dr. Mulnick's didn't fully understand that sometimes things are better left alone and a different treatment plan should be followed. What a waste of $465 bucks. read more

I wanted to get healthier so went here for a couple chiropractic sessions. I noticed he was running a special so I paid $400 to have the testing done. One of the tests required that Dr. Mulnick cut several (5 or 6) chunks of hair from the back of my head right at the scalp. Just before I was ready to leave the room, he asked me if I colored my hair. Being in my late 60s, my answer was yes. He told me I will have to let my hair grow out and once it grows out, he will cut more hair out because he cannot use colored hair. This was extremely upsetting because I had gray roots showing and if he was paying attention he would have noticed this in the first place. My hair is very long so it will take two years or more for all that hair to grow out. I left so upset worried I would have to have even more hair cut out. A couple of weeks later, I went back in for my test results. After receiving my results, Dr. Mulnick asked me if I wanted a chiropractic adjustment. I said no but I would like one of the two free laser treatments that came with the $400 package. He responded that he did not have time as he had another client waiting. I asked him how long a laser treatment takes. He responded that it would take three minutes. I then said I had waited in the waiting room at least 10 minutes before he brought me into the back. I said I didn't believe three more minutes was that big of a deal. (Remember, he had already asked me if I wanted a chiropractic treatment which I'm sure would have been more than three minutes), but the chiropractic treatment was something he would have gotten PAID to do! Then it would have been okay for his next client to wait. I called Dr. Mulnick and asked for a refund on the hair analysis because I was not about to have any more hair cut off of my head. He responded that he would return $5. How generous of him. In my opinion, Dr. Mulnick is only out to make money as he does not care about his patients. He's in a rush to get you in and out and didn't want to give me a 3-minute laser treatment because that was free but in all actuality, I'm sure I had paid for it with the $400. Dr. Mulnick was always pushing his overpriced products on me after each session which made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend Dr. Mulnick to anybody. I have since found a wonderful doctor that takes the time it takes and never rushes me or pushes products. read more

I had a recent ac separation around the holidays and I tried like a shot in the dark to get an appointment... the Dr called me back the day before Christmas Eve and told me to come in Christmas Eve! I was in a substantial amount of pain and the Dr treated me ASAP using multiple healing modalities including a cold laser that created instant relief. He was very respectful and kind and a very good listener. He also took the time to educate and explain things when I had questions. He understood my active lifestyle gave me gentle suggestions on how to get my mobility back. Every one in this office is kind and helpful. I highly recommend Back Country Chiropractic. read more
