This little salon is very sheik and fully staffed. They have a cute little boutique inside with cute jewelry and clothes. They offer a wide variety of services, massage therapy, botox (they have their own Nurse), eyelash extensions and more. It's very convenient and prices are great! The owner Andrea is really sweet and nice. I like how she operated everything. She is the one that did my lashes. Lovely local massage spa and amazing customer service! My wife and I were in town for Mothers Day weekend and we called in that same day to see if they had any openings for a couples massage knowing very well that chances were slim. To our surprise, they called back to let us know they could accommodate us that same evening! Andrea and Kristyn were great. From the moment we walked through their doors, service was quality and they were extremely attentive and friendly. They walked us through their procedure and gave us thorough instructions. The massage itself was amazing, targeting their attention on areas we mentioned were very tense from all the stress. They adjusted the pressure accordingly and made sure to communicate with us to make sure we were comfortable with the procedure. My upper back in particular had a few knots but they took care of those. We left that afternoon feeling quite refreshed and relaxed. Nothing but great things to say about this place. From being able to accommodate us with such short notice on a busy weekend, to making us feel relaxed through the amazing massages, highly recommend this establishment. The spa was clean staff was nice enough. We scheduled a 60 min couple massage for $270 and I got the feeling perhaps the therapist were uncomfortable with two women getting a couple massage. We were taken in late and the massage ended early by about 10 min. My massage was ok but felt rushed my partner said that hers was the worst massage she had ever had -- and we have had a lot of massages. She asked the therapist to apply more pressure and that did not happen. She said she felt like she was being pet vs a massage. I didn't give either therapist feedback but I did only leave $20 gratuity for both which I always leave 20-30% if it was a decent massage. I almost didn't tip at all based on how unhappy my partner was. We come to McCall all the time and won't be back. read more

Not worth the money at all! I made an appt for a 75 min Thai Massage + Facial (Actually received a 60 min...) The place: this is located immediately above a bar, so during your massage, you can hear yelling and bar activities. The rooms are brightly lit which is not relaxing. The massage: I have gotten probably around 50 Thai massages (most in Los Angeles, a good number in Thailand, and a few in Boise). There's two formats for Thai massage I've seen. One is that they give you a robe and pants to wear during the massage (this is what they did in Thailand) and the other is that you keep only your bottom underwear on and they cover you with a sheet during the massage (all the US ones I've had). So, like usual, I get into my underwear and climb under the sheets. The masseuse comes back in and tells me I have to put back on my bra and tank top and leaves. So I do, and I get the massage while wearing my bra...not comfortable. Additionally, it just wasn't a great Thai massage - wasn't enough pressure or deep enough stretches, didnt put any bodyweight on me, just very unusual for a Thai massage. The facial: Literally a cleanser. A mask. And a moisturizer. + hot towel in between. Just do this at home haha!! This place is above a bar in a random building and with the experience I had today, they should be charging $50-60 an hour for their massage services. Mine was $170 for the hour! Go somewhere else for the price. I'd come back if this was a $50/hr massage place, but even though I really don't mind paying a lot for good massages - this place is not worth the money! read more

London was very sweet but really didn't do super deep tissue. She really didn't know the physiology of body and when asked to get really deep on certain areas she totally skipped it ( I think because she didn't know what body part I was referring to, QL etc.) I also asked her not to use her forearm up and down my back as it is not a great feeling for me but that is one of the first things she did unfortunately and did it multiple times. I booked a 75 min deep tissue but we started just a bit after the hour and ended at 10 after so it was really wasn't 75 min. Heck I really would have liked that 5-10 minutes. She wasn't able to get to the front of legs. Did great on the feet. Not sure why they don't have 80 or 90 min. massages. The room was clean and smelled good and they were able to get me in within 24 hours so that was nice. They also have a nice Far-infrared sauna and that comes with the massage which was a great plus! I think she would be great for someone that just wanted a nice relaxing massage and didn't have specific areas that needed deep work. read more

I showed up today and apparently there was no record of my appt and the therapist had been sick "for a couple days." Don't risk booking here if you're planning on a massage as part of a vacation. read more

This was the worst experience i have ever had at any message place it was way over priced the staff was very rude i had never been to Mccall before and i scheduled a message for me and my wife and i calles the. I had a mani and massage here. My manicure was really nice, cleaned up my cuticles well and buffed my nails perfectly since I didn't want polish. I had the signature massage which comes with a foot scrub. This was the first time I'd had a guy masseuse, Tom, and he was excellent. I felt very comfortable and he was professional. The massage was wonderful, the atmosphere was perfect and the staff was very friendly, you can tell they care a lot about providing good service. Going to McCall for the weekend and at the last minute decided to book 2 massages starting in 3 hours. Impossible task? Not with Unwind Body Spa, Andrea was very accommodating. I have had literally 100 massages; so most of the time with a new therapist, I expect lots of fluff with no substance. Boy was I WRONG. Andrea was simply amazing!!! I'm just going to start off by saying just book it. I had Julie do my service and I chose the mountain special (75 minute massage and facial). She has some magical hands. She asked me spots I had concerns, I have a desk job so my shoulders and neck are always sore. She used the perfect amount of pressure (I find I usually have to ask people to adjust the pressure). The rooms were clean, smelled amazing! The massage was absolutely wonderful!! My body doesn't feel like I took a beating, but is relaxed and defiantly has less tension built up. The facial was also just as good! I've only had one other facial before this and I would recommend getting a combo to get a facial or just a facial in general as well. I didn't leave feeling greasy, which is a huge plus. I will add that yes this is above a bar but for the time that I went 12:45pm I had no issues. My wife and I have been to Unwind Spa on several occasions, and have always had a pleasant relaxing experience. We recently met with Trish and she uses a mixture of Swedish and I believe she said Effleurage massage techniques. It's hard to hear when your face down in the foam cradle. It was awesome. We left totally relaxed, in fact my wife offered to drive, because she knew how relaxed I was, because she went first.
