She helped get our insurance to pay for the cost. They fixed us in less than 30 mins and we were on our way to New Orleans. About 5 miles down the interstate another rock took a chip out of the windshield and so we turned around and went back. They laughed and we fixed that chip as well. A man named Robert showed up to get me less than 30 minutes later and was amazing. He instantly made feel safe and I was able to calm down and make some rational decisions. I was able to find a hotel - Tru by Hilton in Meridian - and he made sure that I had a place to stay and knew who to call in the morning. I did call the next morning to get my car towed back home (shout out to AAA Plus!) and a man named Joe gave me a ride. He was so nice and easy to talk to. He towed me to the dealership and made sure I had a ride home while the car was being fixed. These guys were so professional and calming. I truly appreciate everything they did for me! I definitely recommend giving them a call the next time you need a tow.
