You don't leave people hanging around the "preorder" counter without at least acknowledging them in some way for 5 minutes while you widdle away the line with two people manning the registers. I went five minutes away to another place and they literally had a guy waiting with a tablet and picked up my order in 30 seconds after ordering. Here's the kicker, there were more customers in this other place and only one budtender. So, this other place picked up a $100 a week, with tips, customer and Domes lost one.

With the big box pharmacies you may wait in a circuitous voice-activated system that is hardly what I'd consider good customer service. in contrast, calling Dedericks and with one button push you're talking to a live person within 15 seconds. if you're getting your prescriptions at a big box chain, you're missing out on a much more pleasant experience from ordering to pickup.
