I'm sad to say that I have to drastically change my review after visiting here again in a pinch. I was unable to get into my regular chiro, and was heading out of town for the weekend with moderate neck pain after sleeping on it wrong one night, so I jumped on an opening here hoping to get some relief - REGRET. My visit started with an aggressive standing traction move without any warning of what was about to happen. My neck/spine/body wasn't even touched or assessed before jumping into this move. I was directed to the table next where my low back/ SI joints were "adjusted" with excessive force. I have a lot of chronic SI joint dysfunction and am guarded in that area as I'm used to being in a lot of pain. I tried to express that I needed him to be gentle. That didn't happen. This was followed by the most aggressive, mind numbing neck adjustment I have ever received along with ANOTHER unnecessary traction move. My entire visit couldn't have lasted more than 5 minutes. I immediately felt 10 times worse. I tried to express that I felt like something was not right and that I was in even more pain than when I came in and was told that I just have muscle soreness from the release. Days later and I am still jacked up and way worse off than when I went in. I have a severe crunch in my neck when looking left and right, and very limited mobility. My entire back hurts and feels completely off. I feel like I was in a car accident and that everything was jostled around. I am walking around like an 85 year old and I'm terrified that some irreversible damage was done. Save your money and go to a place that takes the time to properly assess your body and your comfort level and doesn't just want to get you in and out as fast as humanly possible. read more

WOOOW. So we've had massages before, but we've never had a Chiropractic adjustment. My back was in a lot of pain- a combo of slipping on a hike and my dog pulled on his leash - my back was on fire. I.FEEL.AMAZING!!! After an initial upsetting visit to this place, massage therapist Adam personally contacted me to make things right. I respect companies that do that. I came back in for another massage and I am blown away by how good I feel right now. Adams techniques in the massage room were unlike any other massage I've had. It was personalized to my injury and he even addressed other concerns that I had on my back. He rotated my arms and my shoulders as he was massaging to relax and tighten certain muscles so he could massage it better, I've never had a massage therapist do that before. He didn't mind that I was asking him every 5 minutes about different muscles. You can tell that he really has a passion for massage therapy by the way he talks about it and his excitement for it. Not only did he give a 10 star massage, he also taught me a lot. He told me what to do that night to maintain the benefits. I've never ever had a massage therapist tell me that before. I did exactly what he told me to do last night and I feel great today!! He also told me what I should be doing between visits to decrease pain and to start my road to recovery. I can imagine this is a great place for some who need a quick adjustment. Unfortunately this isn't for me. After going here a couple of times I can't any longer. It feel rushed in and out. No real muscle work but it is proper cracking and fast adjustments. Also, I saw several people (2 employees and one client) not wearing a masks properly at all. One of them being the front desk lady for several minutes. The chiropractor himself seems proficient for sure and bedside manner is fine. So if you need a quickie, this would be the place. If you need more long-term work with sustainable outcome paired with the right exercise, this wouldn't be the joint for you. read more

Went in to seek relief for chronic pain. Dave is gentle, but my final visit with John ended with an adjustment done by wrapping a towel around the neck, and pulling in an upwards motion while I was lying down. This resulted in a vertebrae fracture in my thoracic spine, a 15 hour hospital visit, expensive imaging, and a week lost of work. I've always been a little uneasy about going to a chiropractor, just something about cracking my neck has always freaked me out. HOWEVER, since seeing Dr. John twice now, I feel so relieved. He took the time to really explain why I was experiencing the symptoms I was feeling, and talked to me like a person rather than a dollar sign. My boyfriend was in the treatment room with me, and our interaction felt very conversational and educational. After my adjustment, I experienced immediate relief of pain and tension, and felt my range of motion improve dramatically. I chose this place based on reviews and have no idea how it got 5 stars. Seems sketchy and like some sort of front. The customer service is atrocious and does not feel safe/comforting. Their website has bugs, I called 6 times the day of my appointment for information with nobody ever answering and I even went to their office to cancel my appointment. I stood in their lobby for over 30 minutes. Nobody was at the desk or ever came out to the lobby in that time. In addition, introductory sessions are only 15 minutes. I don't even know how you could cover your story / history with a chiropractor and get treatment in that amount of time. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Ok, this was a wild two hour experience - from check in to completion. I was feeling REALLY nervous about getting a chiropractic adjustment -- I was told a horror story 10 years ago that would prevent me from getting this like of work done until now. I was at breaking point with the pain in my neck -- pain was 8/10 most of the time. I would have been happy with 5/10...anything to improve this! Dr. John was casual, kind, intelligent, and informative. I was immediately at ease. Then - he felt my cervical spine and said, "Yep, you're totally out of alignment". Felt good to be validated! Then he did the adjustment - which was super weird, to be honest, lol - but he cracked and put things back into place. 1 - I could breathe better (?!) 2 - My vision was sharper, more colorful, like I was getting more blood to my brain 3 - Pain -- was GONE. Like, all of it. Yes, I had residual strain from being out of alignment for however long, but it was not sharp, stabbing, crazed pain. 4 - I had developed "cyclical vomiting syndrome" in 2017 - and so had nausea off and on. Since getting my adjustment...no nausea or pain except for a day after, as I also got a wonderful massage that I think really roughed things up, too! :) 5 - I usually have chronic migraines 1-3x/week, but these are GONE! What!! Massage with Adam was a great follow up to my adjustments as it got into all of my muscles that were so strained and released them! He was very gentle overall in presence and focused on all that I needed him to. I did need to sleep a bunch and be quiet for a day after both of these, as I had a lot going on in my neck. Wonderfully relaxing flotation experience! I've been wanting to try a float for several years and am so glad I did it here. I was made to feel relaxed from the moment I walked in with lots of information on how the experience would unfold and what to expect. The flotation egg is in a lovely marble room with showering facilities and some lovely touches like phone charging and music listening cords, beauty products for post float and mood lighting. Once inside the egg I was surprised at how easily I floated, drifting into a deep sleep for an hour!! It felt more like 4 hours sleep and I left floating on a cloud. Highly recommended! read more

I've been suffering from extreme neck and shoulder pain, literally waking up in the middle of night with discomfort. This has been going on for nearly 1.5 months and I find it painful to look to the right while driving and doing almost everything.
