Whilst it's not the most posh place I've been, it usually gets the job done well. Drinks are how you would find at most pubs, and service is decent too, given how a waitress came to ask us what we wanted and served us amidst a busy rugby game (at other times, we had gone to the bar to order ourselves). There are quite a few tv screens as well as a big home theatre-like one too, which always adds to your sports watching experience. I've never had food here before but would like to try sometime. I hear that their wings are good. Be sure to bring an ID -- as its part of a casino facility, they check your ID even if you're here only for the bar and not for gambling.

Oddly, to open a tab, you have to give them both your credit/debit card AND your driver's license/passport/ID card. They give you a "badge" which you then show every time you order, apparently so they know which tab to bill it to. A bit weird to me, but maybe that's the norm in London, or at least in high-tourist bars in London. Also, they won't let men inside if you are wearing a hat-- you must remove the hat to enter. Fortunately, once inside, I put my hat back on and didn't have a problem with anyone saying anything. Glad my hat hair didn't have to be on display!

We came here to watch a match with some other fans of our team. We walked up just before the match…read morestarted and they asked us at the door if we were with a group/had a reservation. As soon as we mentioned our team they let us up. They have multiple floors with seating and bars to grab a pint. They also have QR codes on the tables that you can use to order more drinks and food. Their food was typical sports bar food options with some fun twists with some different flavor and combinations. We ended up ordering three cheese and pickled onion nachos and they were unlike any nachos I've ever experienced in the US. Tasty, but definitely a different spin. We had an area saved for us and it was a fun time to cheer on the team with others. As soon as the match ended though, they were kicking us out for the next reservation- fair, but after a win we were all ready to celebrate and it definitely ended the party. I also used the restroom and unfortunately my stall was out of TP. I'm sure they see more people in the gentlemen's room than ladies but it is always a nightmare to reach for it and not find any. Ladies look before you choose your stall! Overall it was a good time and if you know what to expect you'll enjoy it for what it is.

your best bet for catching a live telecast of an NFL game in london!…read more easy entry, no hassle, safe for that cursory bag check. thereafter, follow the sights and sounds of huge screens, acoustic speakers and sporty crowds to arrive at the least gambling apparatus filled room. plentiful seating options without prior reservations, as the fans come and go at regular tide and ebb. so did i, after filling my hunger pangs at table 204, only because you need a table number before you can order your food. absolutely nothing at all wrong with being plonked in front of a huge ass HD screen with good audio commentary, just not the most comfortable bar stool style seats that might leave most legs dangling. you could easily choose lower sofa style seatings but on a first come first serve basis. standing was also a good option that i discovered after i devoured their decent fish and chips and a generously poured house red ordered at the bar. the very fengshui standing spot was indeed the reason why the niners came from behind to beat the lions for the NFC title!:) clean toilets for your half time break and plentiful gaming tables to explore too, if you so wish. the poker room however was members only, still nothing a quick sign up at the reception counter can't fix! free flow of drinking water near the bar counter, just help yourself to stay hydrated! as the NFC game finally ended at 0300hrs, the atmosphere within remains as lively as when I arrived. additionally, no undue worries of how to get home as buses seem to run throughout the night around the vicinity of the casino. just make sure you don't gamble away that last £1.75 bus fare!

In fact, I didn't even bother to have a drink here, but that was pretty much because the service was abominably shocking. Like, just wandering through here I pretty much felt like I was up to no good, and the only reason that I came in here was to have a drink, which I ended up not doing. Well, for one thing, at least they are separated from the pubs, do you don't have to worry about there being pokies all around you, but still, it's pretty bad.

I almost died here…read more Let's rewind a little bit, though. So Walkabout is a great place but the seating on the upper level is not guaranteed after a certain hour, where they are certainly going to be reserved. However, there is ample seating on the ground level. The Walkabout platter is a GREAT bet if you're looking to share with one person. My group of 6 got three platters and we were happily fed. It comes with 2 kangaroo kebabs (TRY IT, KANGAROO TASTES AMAZING), 2 garlic breads, 2 corns, onion rings, french fries, and 4 total chicken tenders. Fantastic serving size for 10 pounds total, which is only 5 a person! As for the drinks, the happy hour pitcher situation is fantastic. It's a pitcher for 6 pounds!! Executing on this deal, I asked for a rum and coke pitcher. They said they don't do that, but offered a vodka/red bull instead. I gladly accepted. I noticed later that they had a rum/pepsi/malibu(?) type combination which I don't see why the bartender failed to mention. Anyways, I got my vodka/redbull pitcher and downed it quick. So I foolishly decided to get another pitcher and down that one as well. With the pitchers being six pounds, I figured why not. Albeit this was already 2 pints in. I was awake for the next 45 hours. I went over the top, let's be honest. However many Red Bulls they put in there kept me up for basically 2 days. SO THAT WAS A LITTLE NIGHTMARISH BUT IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE OF THEIR FANTASTIC HAPPY HOUR PRICES! Go to Walkabout. Drink responsibly.

Originally from Australia it was refreshing to find such a great place in the middle of London…read more I was in town for the Rugby World Cup final :( and came by to watch the 3rd place match between South Africa and Argentina. The place was extremely busy. Despite how crazy it was I managed to get served very quickly at the food counter with a great meat pie. At the bar I tried several of the Aussie beers many which I didn't even think were even being exported. Relatively they were priced well. The only negative thing I can say is that the upper area was all closed off for a private function and it was hardly being used. It would have been nice to be able to sit somewhere while eating. Some of the Aussie beers available.... Victoria Bitter James Boags Coopers - Pale Ale Coopers - Sparkling Pure Blonde Fosters...ummm yeah..ok..
