The secretary said the owner was the only one who could handle this, but she never got back to me. So she took my money for no services. Now, apparently, it's just the owner, Stephanie, doing massages and no one else. No one answers the phone. Disorganized. The massage therapist I had before was excellent (not Stephanie), but I can not get through to find out where she went. Stephanie was very disorganized, extremely late to the original call, and took my money(!) never getting back to me to either reimburse or let me schedule the massage. I would not go there again!
