No doctor could ever tell me why I was always in so much pain, I have been given steroid shots, done physical therapy, yoga, etc! Nothing ever worked. Dr. Sieradzki is so amazing and he is warm and welcoming and so are the office staff. He takes time to get to know each of his patients and really makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. After about a month and a half of going to see Dr. Steve regularly I can now officially say that I no longer have chronic back pain! I only have to go every now and then for much more minor issues just to keep everything aligned. He is so knowledgeable and believes in the body's natural ability to heal on its own if you just give it the chance, and mine did! Before, I couldn't even carry a light backpack for more than 10 minutes without being in severe pain, but I was able to backpack all through Japan for an entire week after Dr. Sieradzki fixed me up! I am now 6 months pregnant and was having terrible hip pain, and after just one visit I feel a million times better! The office offers stim therapy, piezo wave…read moretherapy, massage therapy, roller tables, decompression therapy, etc. First, the adjustment....Dr. Rita uses a drop table which I have found to be a much better and pleasant experience than chiropractors who do not use a drop table. It's less jarring and you don't feel violated by the Dr lol. The neck adjustment can also be done with the drop table which was a first for me. However, I find the manual manipulation of the neck provides better relief. Dr. Rita is very kind and personable. It's always a fun chat during the adjustments. Piezo Wave Therapy....Debbie administered this for my frozen shoulder and it was the weirdest sensation. It hurt for a super short period of time so she knew where to focus the machine. After one session my shoulder was feeling great. Debbie also works at the front desk for checkin/checkout and is super helpful. The Stim Therapy is usually done after the adjustment (you can do this or choose the roller table). This is basically just placing electrode pads on certain areas and providing stimulation to the area. AKA a TENS machine or EMS. I bought a TENS machine for use at home and find this really helps. Because I now own a TENS machine, the last few visits I have been opting for the roller bed. It appears the table can be set to either Cervical, Thoracic, or Lumbar focus and it's timed....I think 10 minutes? It provides an awesome stretch and massage all at the same time. The practice is great as a whole. The ladies that work the front are very friendly and helpful. You can usually get a next day and sometimes same day appointment if needed. I really like that you can either call or text the practice line and they are very quick in responding. I have never seen Dr. Perkins or Dr. Jones but have heard good things about them too in the office. The office is LGBTQ+ friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Rita.
