I have a severe abnormal lateral curvature of the spine, known as scoliosis. To define it in simple terms, I have a hump on the right side of my back like the back of a camel. I was diagnosed with this condition in my early 20s and I have seen several orthopedic surgeons for help. There were some who recommended physical therapy and exercise while others prescribed pain medications. These preventive measures were simply temporary relief, and I certainly did not feel 100% better.  With my job confined to sitting in a chair, and other physical activities such as hiking and biking I always experienced a lot of back pain, shoulder, neck and leg discomfort. I was involved in an auto accident Last year. I received injuries to my neck and back. It makes me move harder and affect my job performance. I HAVE MY LIFE BACK! It was August 2015 when I was in the passenger in a roll-over accident, rolled over three times and landed upside down. It was a year in pulled b a car accident, my life turned upside down. I was in pain beyond imagination and no one could tell me why, x rays, CT scans, and MRIs all turned out with nothing. My doctor sent me to two weeks of physical therapy to relocate my shoulder. doctors said they fixed it but still I feel some pain. For four years I lived with excruciating pain in my back, shoulder, and hips and I couldn't stand up straight. I tried to continue on with a normal life but I couldn't lift anything. I had a surgery a few years back that needed a special case of rehabilitation and it worked but a minor accident affected it and I was feeling pain every time I do some major work. I had a friend who is a doctor who also advised me to try and schedule up an appointment with Dr. Green of Back to Health. At first, I was a bit hesitant but my friend told me there's no harm in trying and it would be better to try his suggestion first before I go and spend a lot of money and so I did. I had an appointment with Dr. Green and the moment I step into their place I was welcomed by employees with a smile on their faces. Dr. Green and I had quite a talk as I told the history of my surgery and what caused it which I will no longer go in full detail here. Dr. Green did some check-ups on me just to check if there are other parts of my body that I feel pain whenever I do certain positions (acting as if I am holding something heavy). Although that is a bit tedious, I was able to realize that it's not just a certain part of my body that aches. There are quite a few areas, although the pain is bearable, I still feel it. When I first came to Back to Health I suffered from excruciating neck pain, limited range of motion in my neck, and crippling back pain. It was due to a sports accident. I arrived at their clinic with hesitation as I spend a lot of time with consulting in an Orthopedic Doctor it feels like its just a temporary relief of pain and just wasting my time and money. I started suffering from leg numbness, which increasingly deteriorated within two months until the point of major pain that left me struggling to go about my day-to-day life. Why does Back to Health have lots of bad reviews? This is wrong! I've been going there for months and I don't even have any complaints for them. Back to Health is one of the best clinics out there. I have lots of ways to prove that. The way they handle their patients is astounding. They will treat you like a family, not just like a patient. The concern was there, and you could see that they really want to help you with your problem. Even when I first arrived, the receptionist was very accommodating. I immediately felt that I came to the right place. Everything you need from a clinic and chiropractor is there. A good facility, friendly people, and a good chiropractor. For me, the chiropractor there is one of the most effective I've visited. You can tell that he knows what he's doing. The procedure of my treatment has always gone smoothly. Their services have exceeded my expectations! Since then, I've been going back to their place whenever I feel an ache because I know they can help with it. I don't feel anything wrong with my neck now. But despite that, I still go to their clinic to relax while getting a massage. These guys helped me tremendously. I can walk a whole lot better now thanks to their help after I was wheelchair bound after falling off a horse. Luckily this place was recommended to me. I'd been to other chiropractors in the past here and there, and they'd been ok, but this place was really top notch. I got a great set of x-rays and they actually took the time to actually explain them to me. My previous chiropractors didn't bother even taking them. When my regular doctor would take one, he'd never explain it to me or even show it to me. Between the massage and e-stim and adjustments, my pain and spams went away and I was up on my feet in no time. I don't need pain pills now or anything. They even taught me exercises to do at home...now where's the profit in that? I felt that the treatment plan was really tailored to my needs, unlike my previous experiences where it was a super quick wham bam and hope for the best ma'am. Prior to this experience, I wasn't much of a chiropractic fan. I'd go only if I had to. After learning more about chiropractic and what my problems are, I'm planning to continue even though I don't "have" to go anymore at this point. They are out of my way, but I think it's worth the 25-minute drive to get better treatment than I've gotten locally. All I can say about them is they are great!! I'm a super satisfied patient of Back to Health clinic. The experience is just amazing! Actually, I can't find the right words to explain why I feel this way. First of all, I would like to thank them for giving me the best treatment and experience. Headed for a vacation and I knew I needed to make sure that my body and face are all set. I went to Back to Health under a recommendation from a good friend. She told me that their facials and massage are very soothing and worth the price. And as someone who's been on an ongoing work that includes labor and strength my body tends to feel pain every now and then. Not to mention the age I'm at right now. Waking up in the morning not feeling exhausted after a full shift of work is a big lie. I arrived at Back to Health a few minutes of my given schedule. The staff at the reception greeted me with a smile and was full on with customer service. I was immediately asked what's my name, and appointment and some questions asked. I honestly feel really tired that day that I thought I wouldn't make it on time but I did and I was glad. Had a splendid time for my massage day. Got a hot stone massage and facial and delighted that I came out of Back to Health stress-free and very relaxed. I had a hydra facial that lasted for forty minutes and a hot stone massage that lasted for sixty minutes. The hot stone massage really made feel so relaxed and the pain I was feeling on some parts of my back diminished. I was able to take some power naps in between that one-hour session and I am very much impressed. I do not sleep on anyplace that I know is not home-y for me because I might drool or something but I was able to take naps here. I just hope I did not make a fool out of my self during those sixty minutes. I enjoyed the hydra facial and it what I was actually looking forward to. They said it helped in a lot of facial problems like acne, oily skin, clogged pores, big pores, fine lines, and wrinkles are just some of what makes it very pleasing to try. A bit hesitant to try their chiropractic service but I needed to know if it's true as they say. I've been suffering for back pain for months now. Sometimes the pain is gone and sometimes it just hurts a lot. I also had a problem lifting my left leg up as high as the right one when I am laying on my stomach. My friend told me about chiropractors and that it might be able to solve my problems. I searched what and how chiropractic works. A lot of the patients did not expect instant relief and the process is somewhat surprising. I was anticipating yes and worried too. But the least I could do is try. My lower back and hip "pops" out constantly due to a sports accident. It makes me hard to move sometimes. I was diagnosed with Crohn's over a year ago, and I wanted to heal through nutrition. Dr. Green's positivity on natural healing and what the body is capable of was inspiring.
