I am giving 1 star to warn others about the outdated and unnecessary inflexible terms of their…read moremembership. I paid monthly membership for a year, cancelation requires 30 day notice and you are required to use any credit by the end of that month. When I went to use the credit, I learned that can't be used on product, only service, or they just retain those funds. In this day and age, these types of inflexible terms in order to retain money are really disappointing. It's a great way to lose a customer for life.

I bought a VERY expensive package, which seems to be the only kind they sell even when they…read moreconsider it a sell. The package was suppose to be a total of 10 treatments of the neck/lip&chin/jawline and 8 treatments of the underarms, I finished all my treatments at the beginning of September of this year and with results I was not very happy with. I was still having a hair growth in all the hair with very very minimal thinning in any of the areas. When I the receptionist asked me about my treatments I told her that I did not have the results I was wanting. She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available. Once after a visit I could not schedule an appointment for my next visit because there was no receptionist there only the nurse.
