My favorite! I almost always get a 20oz latté at 130 degrees. At most places I have to ask for 4 shots to get the right strength...not only does this place default to 4 shots, it's wonderfully strong. It's also been the perfect temp every time! My husband gets an americano and it's also his favorite coffee. I read the other reviews...maybe they were able to hire more people and took the bad reviews as a learning experience, because we've enjoyed quick, friendly service each time we've gone. read more

This is an excellent drive through coffee/espresso shop. The ladies that work here all have excellent personalities and make a great cup of your favorite drink. I frequent here anytime I am in the area, and have done so over the past 8 years. They always remember who I am and what I drink and even take time to ask how life is going. Early mornings, especially between 7-9 am can be quite busy but well worth the wait. read more

All the ladies that work here are super sweet and friendly. The shop offers so many options even for those who aren't coffee drinkers! Wish I could give zero stars. Sat and waited while blond waited on 6 cars at other window 3 of which came after us. She had looked at us several times and could have told us to go to other window? Not bright enough to work both sides or multitask? This owner should have their head examined for keeping this person working. read more

Coffee is amazing every time! I've never had a bad experience! Prices are competitive and service is always friendly. My daughter loves to have a hot chocolate from backroads! These baristas work long hours on their feet and considering the pandemic and employee shortage I truly appreciate every one of them. Try one of their fun themed red-bull infusions or ask about their yummy treats! We love the pumpkin chocolate chip bread! All in all we love taking a trip to backroads! read more

We were traveling through town and stopped for coffee just before closing time. We had a large and complicated order and our barista with the dark curly hair memorized it all without writing any notes down, was very efficient, and made us delicious coffees! We waited while the lady served 2 other cars before we left without coffee. The lady didn't even acknowledge to tell us that there was only one side that she was serving. I could se one of the customers that she was serving looking at us as if she was saying there's someone over there. At minimum she could have told us to pull to the other window. read more

This place has good coffee. But we just had a bad experience of waiting 30 minutes..... 30 minutes! Apparently, we were on the wrong side of the building and we don't get served until the other massive line gets all their orders. No very good service. The sides should alternate. The barista said she was watching the cars who were getting there first. Nope, because we purposely went to the other side. I've lived in this little town 56 years and ever since the sugar shack closed down I've been at a loss for good coffee. But here they make the flavors strong and the temperature is always perfect. The baristas are also among the friendliest I've dealt with. Only complaint is the long line. This place must be popular, and for a good reason! read more
