The guy put a flat top on it which I took off and said to him I just wanted to see if you filled it or not, and then said, "it looks like or not". He said that it looked pretty full to him. The problem is this happens all the time and it's frustrating. It seven bucks to pop. The size of my medium blizzard was almost exactly the size of my wife's small blizzard. Ugh.
