I attempted to purchase some coffee and use my voucher from Lufthansa and there was an issue. I asked them to void my transaction and he said no! It will be broken. I didn't want to hold up the line so I paid with my credit card and told him I would return and he said ok. When I returned after I got the voucher fixed and he proceeded to argue with me and did not want to give me a refund. Another worker got a person who was supposedly a supervisor who was just as bad if not worse than the cashier. As the cashier continued to yell at me the supervisor did nothing to stop him. I ended up leaving. Extremely rude and inappropriate behavior from people who are in the service industry. Needless to say I will not be returning.

This spot is close, so I've decided it's my home base. The staff is very accommodating, and have gone out of their way to customize off menu drinks I've requested. The bakery is way better than you might expect it to be for a coffee shop, including some phenomenal apple strudels for reasonable prices. Indoor seating is excellent, and we'll designed. Outdoor seating is where this place shines, with comfortable and well situated tables and chairs that provide awesome people watching while sipping your coffee. What intrigued us the most were the amount of pretzels, pastries, sandwiches, and other baked goods they had on display. They also have a menu with a selection of coffee and tea. Inside is nice and clean. They have a small dining area if you choose to eat inside. We ordered a pretzel stick, two croissants, and a variety of cookies for take out. We simply paid for our items at the counter and were out the door within minutes. The staff were nice and worked efficiently since it can get busy at times. When we were about to leave, we saw a line out the door... so you know this place is pretty popular. Once we got back to our hotel, we were pleasantly surprised how delicious everything tasted. The pretzel stick was perfectly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. The croissants and cookies were amazing!! We loved everything! I hope we have another chance to stop in again before we leave Munich. I definitely recommend stopping by for a sweet treat or quick meal.
