PROS - Being a coffee snob, and an overly cautious flyer it was nice to have a quality coffee shop visible from my terminal lol. The barista was very nice, and was able to speak English very well. She was also effortlessly running the entire business solo and it was rather busy to me! I got a blueberry muffin and a soy cappuccino. I loved the Capp. Not so hot to where you couldn't drink it immediately, with lovely microfilm. mmm. CONS - I didn't care for the muffin all that much. I attempted to purchase some coffee and use my voucher from Lufthansa and there was an issue. I asked them to void my transaction and he said no! It will be broken. I didn't want to hold up the line so I paid with my credit card and told him I would return and he said ok. When I returned after I got the voucher fixed and he proceeded to argue with me and did not want to give me a refund. Another worker got a person who was supposedly a supervisor who was just as bad if not worse than the cashier. As the cashier continued to yell at me the supervisor did nothing to stop him. I ended up leaving. Extremely rude and inappropriate behavior from people who are in the service industry. Needless to say I will not be returning.
