We weren't sure if it was coming from behind the tile wall or if it was just the faucet stems but another plumbing company came out yesterday and charged $99 just to tell us that we would have to hire a tile demo person to tear out the tile wall to the tune of $800 before they could even start to repair it. SMH But today Jason with Maeser was at our house within 30 minutes of our call and done with all repairs within the hour! And Maesers cost was less than half of the other company's quote! Not only that Jason was the most respectful kind man and he was obviously very knowledgeable. And he saved us from having to go to a hotel room tonight because we had no water. Jason graciously came in and treated my husband and I with respect and assured us he would take care of everything for us. He was able to snake the drain so that it flowed. The problem was I did not have enough people to be filling an upstairs sink and have someone to observe the plumber, He and is trainee, STOLE from Me, a Brighton leather and silver carry on and a tote bag, plus my standard carry on bag to add my DeWalt jig saw which many extra blades, my Dremel kit with all the accessories,, my lifetime collection of hole saws, and I can not be sure what else. When Management was informant they supported the thief. But they did lower the charge to what I was originally quoted. I would not hire this company unless you had enough personal to watch each and everyone, to prevent having your items stolen!

Was hired to inspect my septic system as part of a home inspection. He determined that the system…read morewas working properly (as was the expected outcome) but he went on to point our septic systems risks and suggested maintenance practices in the report, even pointing out design differences that he would do differently if he had been hired to install the system. None of which is a requirement for fulfilling the buyer inspection. Hence he cost us a home sale by terrifying the prospective buyer, who walked. The risks he communicated regarding a septic system are no worse than the risks of driving a car everyday. He was totally out of bounds for what he was asked to do and additionally cost me money to get a 2nd opinion inspection at my cost, in order to have a current report to show buyers. I warn others about using his services if you want good trustworthy service.
