Everything they do seem to be the old fashioned way, their check in area is littered with a ton of posted notices (most of which are warnings to patients), and still after being an established patient at each visit they are not prepared and ask me basic info that they've had in their records for at least a couple of years. The main feeling you get is apathy and that they are overworked and understaffed. They have zero proactive reach out and do not do anything to inform me of new treatments and developments.

Were chatting about the zero cancellation notifications. ---- A receptionist of an adjacent doctor's office told us that the office closing on Fridays and patients not being notified is a common occurrence. ---- I called the main office (Providence) but had to leave a VM (no one ever answers the phone.) --- They called back stating their office policy is to send "cancellation letters in the mail" (all patients witnessed that day never received notifications). --- Shocking that a doctor's office policy is to use snail mail to cancel appointments. (about as hands off as you can get related to customer service.) Suggestion: They need to update their office policies and/or hire enough staff to be able to preform the basic functions of: 1) answering the phone; 2) using email notifications when rescheduling appointments.

He is an expert in his field and I respect and appreciate his guidance. He believes in getting to root cause as opposed to just treating symptom - but is willing to do both to ensure the comfort of his patients. I think he is an outstanding doctor!

He listens carefully and patiently to any concerns and takes notes on everything discussed (questions, answers, instructions) and he gives you a visit summary every time. There is a lot of information to take in and having the summary is very helpful. He also has very convenient Saturday hours - so if you have a busy schedule, you don't have the added stress of taking time off work for an appointment. Top notch care!

He is an Endocrinologist and has checked my feet once in 15 years. I am DIABETIC. He tells me that he "thinks" I have Cushing Syndrome, but not sure. He has been saying this for two years. His practice was supposed to be dissolving and I never got a letter stating this. One of the unprofessional receptionists told me over the phone in a less than professional manner. My chart is intertwined with another patient's chart and St. V's billing dept and Vice President's office cannot seem to fix the problem. It has been over 6 months of me making call after call to get someone with a clue to fix it and have been unsuccessful. Steer very far away from this practice!!
