He never mentioned storage fees until a couple of days ago. He hit on me when I dropped them off when he had a girlfriend. Now he's holding my atv's hostage until I pay him $90 a day for storage fees up front. He's said that for one month of storage fees are $2700 and that has to be paid up front. This is extortion. I asked for his new address so I could pick them up.... he refused to answer, this is Larceny. As long as he feels he has a chance with you, he will work with you, but when you stand up for yourself, he extorts more money from you by holding your items hostage.

This business ordered parts from a dealer of ours ZFG. Casslake, who sold our part to their…read morecustomer (third party), ordered and installed the part incorrectly. After 1 YEAR from the part being sold, used, run, and installed in the machine, they call asking for advice as to why the part wouldn't work that their customer installed. Casslake, took the machine in for the customer, split the case, and could clearly see this year model ranger was different. Polaris had a split year model difference in the design of their transmission. This falls on the installer/tech to make sure all parts fit, work correctly and bench test the machine to ensure transmission is in proper working condition before sealing the transmission. So now after 1 year, they're demanding a refund of the part that is now used, rusted, and no longer in new condition, and giving 1 star reviews on my business BBB page and google page, after the tech failed to recognize this part would have never worked in the machine to begin with. Any qualified tech/installer would have realized the part would have never worked correctly before installing, and part could have been returned, with no questions asked. We have a 30 day return policy, in that policy Cleary states parts are to be returned in new condition. Dealers be careful when selling your products to this business, they will come back at you a year later insisting on refunds when it was clearly out of return policy, ordered incorrectly on there behalf and installed incorrectly by customer. This does not fall on the dealer.

So after I came into contact with him he told me he was a little busy and it would be a couple of weeks until he could start working on my bike. So a couple of weeks passed and he called and said I could bring him my bike. After talking to him he said the type of job I was in need of would take approximately 4 hrs to complete at $100 an hr. So in good faith I sent him $500 which was a huge mistake paying before completion. In the beginning he had some family issues and was down a couple of weeks which was totally understandable. What was not understandable was his total lack of communication, like saying one thing and then doing the exact opposite, to not returning phone calls, totally disregarding text messages and then when the few times we did communicate it was as if I was a huge burden for contacting him. Then for this 4 hr job he had my bike for over a month. I can't see how he's managed to stay in business. What a total dick and beware because my bike still isn't fixed!!!
