I had to pre-pay $125 for this appointment and right out of the gate my appointment was pushed back a week. When the appointment notice came through, they had the wrong phone number one the notice, so I called in to have them update it and add a note to notify me 30 minutes before arrival so I could leave work to be home when the tech arrives. This did not happen. The Tech did not know anything about my heater (A Raypak) and told me he needed to check with the boss. The follow-up report did not match what I was told in person. I then had to follow up with them a 2nd time to and gave them the information that my unit was a Raypak 264 which they didn't even realize. Then without telling me they scheduled another visit and again just showed up without notifying me. They got Raypak on the phone and told me it was a Transformer. I purchased a new Transformer and replaced it based on their diagnosis. The problem was not resolved. I very respectfully followed up with them a third time and they said that is not their fault that is what Raypak told them and it would cost me another service call to continue to provide me with more information. I asked for a refund and they are refusing. In what world is it OK to provide someone with bad information and expect to get paid. Beware of these people if you need work done, they do not know what they are doing. They are happy to take your money but if its more than a simple fuse they have no idea how to fix it and will just keep throwing parts at it.

The inspector told us we needed a new liner in a year or so because of two bad patches on wrinkled areas. The report simply stated liner was in good condition. Therefore the seller did not compensate us for future repair. Within three months of moving in, the pool leaked and the liner needed replacement! The prior homeowner was present and recognized the inspector as the one who installed it. Neither let on they had problems a few months prior. Very unethical. None of this was disclosed. When we called around to contract a new company to install liner, two other pool companies told us it was Paradise pools who poorly installed it.

I filled out the online questionnaire for a quote , which I received. I know the pool I want. They don't want my business. I'm looking for 2022 installation, and I'm sure they are busy, but if someone ever gets back to me I'm sure they will be booked. They sent an email with the name of the CEO (Mr. Kanter), but there is no way to break through their wall separating them from potential customers. I've sent 3 emails back, all unanswered. I don't live close to their offices in Bridgman, MI, but I imagine there is barbed wire around the grounds. If it weren't for the fact that they have the unground fiberglass pool that I want, I would give up. If anyone knows how to breakthrough to this company, please let me know.
