I was told a manager would contact me with a date. After waiting a week and not hearing, I called back and spoke with someone new. Sue was curt, and slightly rude. She couldn't find my information at first. And when she did, she told me that I would be charged $175 for the first hour - which. Includes drive time. They are 20ish minutes away so I'd be paying $150 for them to drive to me. This is absurd. I was initially quoted around $200 total. Sue informed me that it could be $700!!! When I asked when I could be scheduled she told me that she couldn't give me a date and it would be at least another two weeks. Very poor experience. The side wall panels left off the track, the wall panels all loose with panel caps unsecured, the sand floor was left unleveled, pool liner was not pulled toward walls nor vacuum-sealed. Steve and his son did everything, worked around the mound of dirt left, secured the panel walls, secured the pool liner and was ready to fill with water. What a relief, excellent job, I will recommend SJS Pool Service to my family and friends. Well done, such a God Send. Definitely, would hire them again for all my pool problems.
