I see Serenity Wellness for Massage, Yoga and Naturopathy services; for my own wellbeing, post military/military spouse ptsd, divorce and single lone parenting of 5 kids. She didn't smile back or welcome me (That's ok, I figured I was there to relax and she probably had a stressful day). I waited for 15 mins past my scheduled appointment time but the RMT did a great job and made it worth the wait. Afterwards, I asked the receptionist to schedule my next session and she just didn't. I didn't get a booking confirmation or anything, she just seemed unfriendly and unhelpful and I found it very odd this person chose to work in the customer service industry.

She is the best -- pinpointing areas that I have neglected or in the course of life have been strained. My partner was added to my plan and he's a regular too! I prefer an hour and a half to really address my stressed body. Staff is extra friendly and if you have insurance, they take it too! Prices are quite reasonable if you don't have insurance so there're no worries...
