It's nice to work with a place; a person like Josh and his helper, that's just downright honest and good at what they do! So I needed tires for my 2013 polaris ranger a couple weeks ago, my rear ones were so bad they wouldn't hold air .. I use this daily on my property with my horses, it was going to be at least three or four days before I could get some brand new ones in so I called down there and josh had a couple used ones, got them really cheap (thank you) took my wheels over to the tire shop, and they put them on ... so then I needed to get oil changes on my polaris ranger utv and my suzuki atv, so when I got the tires from josh, I talked to him about the oil changes, and I took those down a couple days later and got that done and he did an inspection on everything while down for an oil change .. So I told him to give me a couple weeks and I could get everything back in and get these repairs done that needed to be done on my polaris ranger .. so while there he found me a used seat for my suzuki, because mine is pretty torn up .. THANK YOU!! So when my house sells and before I move to washington state, my ranger is really not outfitted for cold weather, like I don't have doors or windshield or anything like that. So before I leave, i'm going to make sure josh takes care of my ranger and gets me set up for the colder weather... closed in ranger, snow plow, winch ect .. maybe even go a little crazy and get a heater .. If you're looking for honest reliable shop, this is the place you will not go wrong, they are extremely honest, they're good at what they do .. they aren't overpriced like the dealer, I used to go to go to temecula motorsports where i bought both vehilces, ohh, my god, it would take weeks to get in and you'd get charged a couple hundred bucks just to do an oil change, and then they jack stuff up .. Ultimate performance is a great shop, they have great prices and just good people, good honest people, I try to support local, honest, hardworking, independent business owners like these guys and these guys are awesome .. thanks again Josh !

Shop replaced clutch plates, but the next time I rode the bike the clutch went out completely. Had it towed and returned to the shop. They repaired it again, no charge. A week or so later I left for the Canada trip. Clutch went out on me AGAIN in Soledad, CA on day one of the trip. Cost a pretty penny to get it in and out of a shop in Gilroy the next day. Brian said he would reimburse me. Long story short, he never did and I had to sue him. Won the suit, now I have to collect the money. Based on his previous actions, I'm guessing I will have to collect the judgment via a Writ of Execution.

Unfortunately, something went wrong during the install. After getting frustrated, I gave up and took it to another shop. They had it for two weeks, told me I needed new bottom cases (which didn't fix the original issue), gave it back to me in pieces, and still charged me a ridiculous amount -- now I had a fresh build and a new case, still not running. I trailered the bike over to Full Throttle just as they were about to close for the day. Manny still came outside, walked around the bike with me, and listened to everything I had to say. In just one week, they found the actual issue -- plus a few other small things that had been overlooked more than once by others. I felt so confident in Manny's diagnosis and work that I ordered even more parts for him to install while waiting for the main repair. Special shoutout to Michael at the front desk -- he went above and beyond helping me find every part I needed, and kept me in the loop the entire time. The communication and care were next level. These guys treat your bike the way you would treat it. If you care about your ride, this is the shop to take it to. Also, side note -- the apprentice they have is going to go far.
