I went to the shop for a consultation and was impressed by the friendliness of the artists and cleanliness of the shop itself. I provided a couple reference photos and Nate created a beautiful custom design. Less than two weeks later, I have the piece I wanted and it's healing very well so far. The price was reasonable and what I expected to pay for the size and quality. I'm really happy with my entire experience at Spyder Rose and will work with Nate on another piece in the near future.

I wish I never went through with it because the man was very cold and uninterested in anything I had to say. I expect a tattoo artist to take pride in his work, not only did he not show any sort of care but he even bled and scared me. At the end process, the second skin was full of blood and ink and I had to remove it instantly. The tattoo healed horribly and completely uneven shading, I have a scar form in the tattoo from being shredded up. He showed no remorse when I returned to show him his work, and did not try and make the situation better. My brother went to the Ink Pusher 2 days ago for his first tattoo to be done by Dymond and received…read morea terrible piece of work. While doing the tattoo each stencil was laid down on his arm and tattooed one by one so my brother was not able to see the full product he was getting before it was done. This was his first tattoo and the artist knew that! After the tattoo was "completed" my brother went home and was able to look at what had been done and was completely disappointed. My brother went to another known tattoo artist in the valley to get it looked at and talk about a plan to get the tattoo fixed. This tattoo artist agreed that Dymond had done a terrible job and gave my brother a piece of work that was nothing like what he asked for. Luckily this new artist is confident he can fix and actually complete the tattoo. Today my brother and I went to the Ink Pusher to talk to Dymond or the owner about the unsatisfactory work and see if we could come to an agreement to make the situation right. Right off the bat Dymond was super unprofessional, defensive and blamed it all on my brother. A few quotes from him include: "If you were to blow up the image of what you gave me and the tattoo I did they would be exactly the same" "You told me you were happy with it that's not my fault" "You only got it two days ago you just need to give it more time to heal" "I'm not going to give you your money back because it's not like I get the tattoo back" My brother was not given the opportunity to say if he was happy with it or not because he was never shown the full stencil before it was tattooed. Also the only thing they both agreed to change was the font. The angels are supposed to be exactly the same aside from them being mirrored and my brothers angles have completely different faces/ heads, wings, leg sizes and looks, arms, and the list goes on. Not to mention the terrible sizing and spacing between the angels and the font. Dymond had no sympathy for one of his own customers and blamed HIS OWN WORK on his customer. If this artist was not comfortable or confident with the design my brother wanted he should have said something before doing the tattoo.

We were told it was only walk ins on saturday and that he would just get us in at 6 pm considering our circumstances. He told us we didn't need to give us a deposit and asked us to just not screw him over since he drives 90 minutes to get home. He ended up screwing us over and not being there at 6 for our scheduled appointment, they were actually closed even though the website said they close at 10. This was very unprofessional and lying isn't a good look for their business.

The bandages she provides are amazing too. Im blown away at how great her work looks, especially the next day. Pic of my new ink is 24 hours later. I waited 4-5 months for this appointment just to deal with this. Overall, I was not pleased with her attitude especially considering all the good things I had prenviously heard about her.
