The shop is kind of what you expect out of a trophy shop in El Paso. Trophies everywhere, placed where ever they fit. You'll find what you're looking for and they do have a range of trophies and plaques available. I thought the pricing was pretty good and they even had some kind of promotion going on at the time so I got a nice 20% discount. Sweet! They do charge per letter, but even for the most expensive engraving it wasn't that expensive. I loved that you could change out things on the trophies and plaques as well (assuming they have what you want available) so you can really personalize whatever you're having made. I think their customer service could use a little improvement... more so the process after you've ordered. After I chose what I wanted made and we went over costs, I informed them of the latest date I would need the plaques by, but the sooner I could get the the better. They understood, but the kicker was I was never notified when the plaques were ready for pickup. And I had a little heart attack when I called in a few days before I needed them and they didn't really know what I was talking about. Thankfully the decided to look for what I was requesting without much of an argument on my part. The plaques came out beautiful and were very clean looking so that accompanied with the price is reason enough for me to continue to use them on these occasions. I also saw that on their website they do promotional items too (like coffee mugs). It wasn't a huge selection, but did seem like a pretty decent option when looking for that kind of extra little gift.

At that point I did not want anything to do with that business but I had paid cash so the issue had to get resolved one way or the other... if I had paid with a card, In a heartbeat I would of contacted my bank and disputed the transaction! So quick advice if you do decide to go with this lady (which you really shouldn't) pay with a card. Again TERRIBLE customer service and zero people skills!!

Not that price was make or break - just didn't want any sticker shock. I figured a few days to get a response. A week comes and goes, then 2 weeks. Follow up email sent letting them know it was a follow up and resent the info. 2 weeks later no response. Quick phone call - we'll get back to you. Still waiting. Actually I'm not, found someone else that's much more responsive. Like I said - must be nice to turn away biz.

This place is kinda weird in that it shares a space with a small gym. I went in to see if I could get my stethoscope engraved, so it doesn't go missing. I was promptly greeted by a very nice young lady, that unfortunately did not have the answers to my questions; she had to repeatedly go to the back to of the store to get answers. When an experienced salesperson finally came out to talk to me, she seemed indifferent and not very willing to help me figure out a solution to getting my name placed on my sthethoscope. Needless to say, my experience with the second sales person, and the loud gym music, turned me off to the business as a whole.
