Each time, they've taken great care of the screens and cleaned the glass well. We paid $380 for a mix of 46 windows, sliding doors and French doors a few years ago. One of our bedroom's ceiling fan spat out what looked like dust, but after trying to "brush" the dust away from the sheets and carpet with our hands, it turned out to be a greasy, linty substance. Our straw-colored carpet was ruined, or so we thought. They managed to remove the grime, with the carpet coming out looking almost brand new. Extra care was taken for our furnishing's wooden "feet" as they applied thick pieces of plastic under them for protection from the damp carpet. The workers were all professional and respectful. TIP: They will not clean your home's windows if there are bee's nests on the eaves. Understandable, so I got rid of them prior to the cleaning. OVERALL: Fair pricing, quality work.

They were even available the next day to render services Because of a crazy work schedule, I wasn't able to be there. Trace arrived on time, appropriately dressed and was professional yet personable. He did a great job on our carpets and fabric furniture cushions. We had one area with sticky residue from a carpet protector left on top long. Trace came back the next day to use a special chemical to help remove the.
