I picked out a massive blue hard-shell suitcase with wheels. It cost me 100 euro but it was worth it. The suitcase has been durable, capable of transporting all of my stuff throughout the country. The staff at Bag City were very friendly and made my whole experience easy. Bag City allowed me to get out of a bind with my other bag that clearly had seen better days and upgrade.

I had to look up consumer affairs and go in and confront him, at which point he chose to be belligerent and defensive. Eventually, after standing my ground, I received a new bag in "exchange" for which I had to pay cost. He told me to take him to court if I wished. Very difficult to do this as a visitor from another country. Very negative experience. I would not recommend.
