With that said, the vibe on the inside was amazing and it seemed like a great cafe for working during the day so I'll give them credit for that. I went to ask about my bagel after 45min, the entire time I had been sitting with my number clearly displayed as instructed. They tried to blame me and my number not being visible for their mistake. I would not have been upset in this situation if they had not blamed me and lied to me about their mistake. I saw the bagel delivered to the wrong table so clearly the issue was not with my number being unfindable. Again, mistakes happen and I would not be leaving this review if not for their reaction.
