The tomato cream cheese was definitely a nice touch, though I was a little disappointed that the tomato taste was just a bit too subtle for me to actually discern. And the eggs left me wanting more... more water, actually, because they were way too salty! But points for effort because there was so much food, I guess?

Lol! I also ordered us (off-menu) a "side" of 2 fried eggs, sunny side up, bacon & toast bread. All delicious & the eggs here are organic. My only critique is the bacon was not crispy. The woman who was helping everyone did everything. She took the order, grabbed the pastry and made the coffee. All with a smile! After I sat down, I also noticed that she switched effortlessly between German and English, which was good for the tourists. I really have a lot of compliments for this woman for providing excellent customer service and getting through the long line with patience and a smile. I asked for a classic donut and she said they were out. She pointed out all of the donuts left and I chose the vanilla crumbs one. She confirmed that I made the right choice. (See? Good customer service) I tried the golden latte as well, which I think they had for the season. I asked for a stamp card and she told me it's only for warm drinks. I had a pleasant and cozy experience so I plan to be back when I'm next in Berlin.
