We brought the ring to Accurate Gem Labs and Teresa remembered that she'd actually appraised it for us back in 2006! She didn't remember this by looking us up in her computer, but because I walked into her work space. Who remembers something that happened 13 years ago just by seeing someone's face? Because we were return customers, she gave us a great deal on the appraisal as well as the work the jeweler performed to make my ring more stable and beautiful, and they polished and cleaned my wedding band for free while I waited. Teresa also threw in a cleaning kit and cleaning cloth! That is some customer service. Teresa is extremely professional, kind and friendly, and I highly recommend bringing your jewelry to her. I trust her with my irreplaceable family heirloom, and will definitely bring my jewelry to her in the future.
