The clerk didn't provide a receipt or offer to open the product, so I left assuming that if there was an issue, like with any other vape shop, I could return it. When I later opened the cartridge, it was defective, leaking and completely unusable. I returned to the store with the nearly full cartridge, expecting them to resolve the issue, but the clerk refused to provide a refund or exchange. Instead, he just shrugged, crossed his arms, and repeated that their policy allows for no refunds or exchanges. This is unacceptable, especially since vape shops know defective cartridges are a common issue. Refusing to take accountability for a defective product that I brought back nearly full is beyond frustrating. I would never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you end up with a defective product, don't expect them to make it right.

I had my thick sweater over my nose as a mask and the manager, an older/middle aged woman with dark hair comes up to me and my baby and asks rudely where my mask was as if I were a child who needed scolding. I was wearing a mask it was just attached to my shirt. It fully covered my face/nose and covered much more than a paper mask would have covered anyway. I told her I had one on and she said, in a disgusted tone, that was unacceptable. Then she rushes over to the girl at the cash register to talk about me and didn't realize I was walking up behind her. she couldn't even wait until I left! I confronted her and told her this was a mask and you probably shouldn't be talking about your customers at least while they are still in the store, before she rudely yelled that I needed a daintier mask. The girl at the cash register even laughed at her a little bit bc she realized how stupid she sounded. I can't believe this manager/owner lady thinks it's ok to treat anyone, much less a paying customer like that. Disgusting. Will not be shopping here again.
