So, after my last visit, I won't be coming back. We bought merchandise that was not drilled correctly, thus water goes all over the place. Just a waste of $30. Staff has changed since my last experience. People not knowing product. Just a shame. ------------------------------------ This was a happenstance visit. I found this store when driving around, trying to get around traffic. We needed to get some vape juice, so i decided to take a look see. This place is packed with merchandise. Mid-range quality and decent prices. Lots of lower end merch and losw prices. The young guy was very knowledgeable in all of the merch. Found extra hookah shisha, too. Was not disappointed in the choices. The -1 star rating was because of two issues I had: He's the only one working, so it caused a huge line of people behind me on the Tuesday afternoon. And he was smoking cigarettes while helping customers. Not everyone is a cigarette smoker, but it is a smoke shop, so not sure where i would rate this... Wished they would use more incense or deodorizers or something to get the bad cigarette smell out. One of my worst pet peeves. read more

When I went to the shop 20 minutes before closing, they had a sign in the door be back in 15 minutes and the door was locked. I waited till after closing and nobody came out but the lights were on. read more

This place is pretty much a head shop for pot smokers. Descriptions online lead me to believe they were also a vape shop, which was what I was looking for. After explaining that I had been getting into liquid vaping and was interested in learning more about vape mods, I was told by the clerk, "Well I don't really know that much about it," (which translated to he didn't know anything about it) and "e-cigarettes aren't my thing," (an e-cig is what you buy in a gas station, a vape mod is a much more costly and elaborate tool that can be as complex as choosing a new car to buy). The cherry on top: "We pretty much specialize in dry herb products here, we don't really cater to people who are trying to quit their habits." I never once said anything about quitting anything. If there's anything I have zero tolerance for, it's impolite and smart-aleck-y people in the customer service world. I totally get it that I was in the wrong kind of shop for my needs (thanks to misleading internet information, of course). The guy wasn't blatantly rude but he certainly as rather tactless, and didn't have any interest whatsoever in helping me look at the tiny section of vaping stuff they did have there, simply because I wasn't interested in buying a run of the mill glass weed pipe, which is the bulk of what you will find for sale in this store. The incorrect presumption that I was just another smoker trying to quit totally turned me off to this place. Had he been nicer I might have stuck around and found something else to buy. I'm giving two stars because yelp requires at least one, and the other because the shop did have a good selecton of 420 stuff. But I wasn't coming in for that, and was pretty much brushed aside for it. Oh well, their loss. I have had much better experiences at MR. SMOKES, which is close by on the 336 loop. read more
