When I arrived, Jessica was waiting for me. She started the manicure right away and was very meticulous yet careful as she worked. My Italian is not great but she was able to understand what I wanted. She did a great job with the mani and proceeded to the pedi after. I was happy that she soaked my feet in a foot bath as she worked. She did not plug it in though so it did not vibrate. I did ask her to add more hot water since the water was cool when she started. She did a great job scrubbing my feet and removing all the dead skin. I was very happy and my feet felt great! I think they thanked her The price for both was just under €50. Not bad, IMO. One happy customer. Will definitely be back! I will also add that while my feet were soaking, Jessica thoroughly sanitized her station and prepared it for the next customer. She wore gloves and a mask the entire time and changed out her gloves when needed.

I live in Rome and travel frequently, making it difficult to schedule haircuts. I'm furious that he wasted my time, especially after giving him multiple chances. I've never encountered a stylist who couldn't create a hairstyle or a transitional look for long, straight hair with fringe bangs. It makes me question his talent and creativity. I cannot recommend HeadSpace Salon based on this experience. It's disheartening to feel ignored and undervalued as a client.
