Unfortunately, during the move a leak occurred on a fridge that was moved - the company reconnected the power and the water line, returned the fridge against the wall, collected payment and left. Fortunately, I came back the next day to a vacant house to gather anything left behind, and found a wet carpet, a wet bathroom, wet hardwoods, flood ceilings, damaged HVAC, etc. The carpet is ruined, the hardwoods are ruined in numerous areas. I brought this to Tyrell's attention, and it has been brushed off by him numerous times. The company claims that the water line was "done as a courtesy", which I contest - the service was offered, and was paid for. It is estimated that I have $35,000-$40,000 in damages throughout the house. With that said, I'm not mad that it occurred, I understand these things can happen. What frustrates me is that after repeated attempts to gather the companies insurance information, they have refused to provide it. The companies website clearly notates that "We are a professional moving company in Minneapolis with the required licenses and insurance." It is a requirement that moving companies maintain insurance. It is my right to file a claim. The fact that they have been unwilling after numerous attempts to provide an insurance carriers name, let alone a point of contact or policy number, is highly concerning. I have contacted the Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau, Department of Labor, and will continue looking for resources to ensure that this is dealt with adequately. The main job of someone that runs a moving company is to deal with customer issues swiftly, and that has not been the case here at all. I would highly recommend doing due dilligence before hiring Tyrell's crew, they are quick to collect payment, but awfully slow to remediate any customer concerns.

After getting the estimate (which compared favorably to those bigger companies), and talking to Rob I felt confident about moving forward. It's worth noting that I called in the afternoon, and was able to set an appointment for the following day. When that Cloverleaf vehicle pulled up to my house for my appointment, Rob greeted me and made an inspection of the area. Rob verified for me that I was dealing with yellow jackets, and walked through their process to resolve the issue. Very quickly Rob was suited up, and making my problem disappear. It's been a day since my appointment, and I'm seeing zero yellow jackets! There were red flags early, I should have cancelled my service request! First, Steve asked that I…read morecall him the morning of my scheduled service on my gas stove to make sure he could still come out to my house for the 10 am appointment. When I called in the morning of my scheduled appointment, he asked is it was ok if he showed up around 10:30 am. He did show up right at 10:30 am, made the repair, and was gone in less than an hour. I then left my home for a little over an hour and when returned I was overwhelmed with the smell of natural gas stink. After both the Police and Firemen where at my house investigating a gas leak, all they could find was something in the kitchen around the stove. Steve was called back and asked to return to investigate his "repair". He said he could return but would need to charge another service call. Really! He did return and showed up at the same time the Gas company technician showed up. He was rude and argumentative in regards to the connection between his service of my gas stove and the following gas leak in my house. Needless to say, Steve is not correcting the gas burner repair or fixing the gas line kink/leak where the gas line connects to the oven burner.
