At first, when Joe called me I thought he was a really nice guy, he made me feel like he genuinely cared about my freedom, but it was all a lie. He must have really wanted the money. I had a $12,000 bond for a 3rd degree gross DUI. He told me that if I could get $200 cash before I got picked up, he would do it and help me with getting my warrant cleared. He stated that if I contacted him after I got picked up it would be $400 cash and I would need pay stubs from my dad. Well, the time came, and I called him when I got picked up. He acted like he had no idea who I was and that he never talked with my family and I about the $400 cash. He told me 'no, I can't do that. We never talked. I don't know who you are, it would be $1,200." I basically told him he was a fraud and that I would not got with him. It's a good thing I didn't, because I got released 4 hours later. If I had paid the $1200, I would have been in debt. Be very cautious about what this man says. If you have a way to record the conversation, do it because he will go back on every single word and act like he never seeked you out when your warrant was first filed, when he calls your whole family and any number associated with your name. That's so creepy. Like, thanks I appreciate you calling me and telling me I had a warrant, I just don't appreciate you pretending to be a nice guy that cares about people's freedom, when really, he only cares about telling you that 'sweet deal' to get you to go with him and then hikes the price up. Ryan was amazing. He was patient and kind, very informative, Nice lady got my elderly friend water for her pills. So attentive to detail. Person was in a different county so Ryan had his corporate contact resource Karen in the other county begin. Karen followed this through for 2 days straight and kept in contact as needed. Karen submitted requirements to county ahead of time so when 30 people were processing all at once and every phone system in county courthouse went down our person was able to be bailed out. Karen had to stand in line with all these massive unusual problems and she was still so kind and pleasant to us. Waste of time. Said they could do it. Then got there and wouldn't do it for the amount discussed on the phone

Tried to bail a buddy out but this place wanted 30% !! Are they crazy ? You can find 10% places - which is maximum in most states. SO I skipped dinner & entertainment went to a cash machine and bailed him out. All charges dropped - thank you Hennepin county for wasting our time. Moved company to Anoka county. LOL read more

I have never written a yelp review before. I have also never had cause to look for anyone in bail bonds before, but my experience with these guys was so amazing I signed up for a yelp account.
