If your not crushed for time go here. but if u not I guess this place is ok. long story short they i guess spelled the name wrong and bail never carried out. i called them million times. To figure out what's going on. Soon as I called the next bail bonds person they have a direct line and answer to my problems. I waited 3-5 hours with no results. When u call back bail hotline states it's a 4-8 hour wait before release. No changes online were made about his bail. So I knew for a fact that they didn't post it. I cried and I yelled at them about how ppl can lose there job over this unprofessionalism. They respond by saying well u only put 100 down so we are helping u at. like since I didnt pay in full I dont have a right to be mad. If i were you I would go here. read more

It took 2 weeks to get the money back when I paid with cash and its been 5 months and still don't have our property back. Gotta jump through a bunch if hoops just to get it back. To start off I was being extorted by a worker here called alvarez because I could not make my full payment on time I wanted to make a part of it then promised to pay the other half two days later which is normal for bail bonds to work with you. bt when I calld to try to make this deal I was cussed out and told that if I didn't pay the full amount of my bail that he was going to make sure that he put a warrant out for my arrest and make sure that I would be put back in jail. I then calld another bail bonds and told them the hole conversation and they told me I was being extorted and that's illegal he cannot put a warrant out for my arrest the only way that could happen is if I missd court which I have not. so I followed up with this other bail bonds and they took much better care of me helped me out a lot! If I could give a minus star I would. First of all this place has the worst telecommunication system I have ever seen. They have hung up on me several times. And I have been waiting for my refund for over a week with no resolution. I just want my refund back. And I would go away.. they took it from me with no problem now it is a big freaking deal to give me back my money that I didn't use to bail out somebody at their office. Now I get the run around and answering service. I wouldn't never gave them my money had I known I couldn't get it back. I don't recommend this company to anybody.
