I had made an initial inquiry about bailing my son as I was checking with numerous bondsmen. After that i receved at least 2 calls every day wanting to help me post bail. they finally called and said the bail had been reduced it was finally affordable but i had to sell his truck to get the money he took a 50% loss on the sale. The process of getting him out began on a friday ahead of a 3-day weekend. I cash app 2000 about 7 pm which was to be a discounted amount for the full payment, I was told it would be 2-4 hours for release and they were going right then to post the bail. I waited the 4 hours only to be told they were taking the bond right then to pay it when asked why it wasnt done as promised 4 hours earlier the answer was that they had gotten busy with everyone wanting to be released that day. I again was told 2-4 hours I called again at midnight only to find that a shift change took place. I waited another hour and a half and called again to be told that bail was attempted but it had been increased and they needed more money along with 2 co-signers, I explained I had not attempted to post sooner because there was no more money. I said they needed to send me back the money I was going to try to buy the truck back. they told me I would have to wait until the following tuesday after the holiday weekend for the refund. Saturday afternoon- I managed to pull friends and family together to collect the additional 2000 and another co-signer. Then they required I provide name address and phone numbers for 4 references to contact if he skipped bail. that took until noon sunday now i am sitting here waiting for the revised agreement to be sent for signing when I phoned wanting to know why it had not been sent i was told the phone system was down and it would be sent as soon as the power was back on. I decided that when the agreement is sent and signed i will be delivering the 2000 payment in person and walking them to the jail myself to pay the bond. I personally believe that they intentionally hold the bonds until they have several to post at the same time so you cannot believe what they are telling you and they really do not follow up on communicating once they get your money. Why did it take 6 hours before they told me the bond had increased, this should have been known before i sent the first 2000. the unprofessionalism of this company is astounding! Unfortunately I am stuck with using them to handle the bond or wait until Tuesday for their financial department to be open to issue a check for the money already paid. Of course they did not state how I would receive the check so it may not even be available from the local office and I may have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. As I always like to end on a positive note, which is... they do offer really attractive discounts! I recommend if you decide to use this company to post bail, do not give up your money until everything has been checked and verified and then do it in person and wait for the release confirmation before leaving their office! read more

This Bail Hotline will not work with you, I tell them that my pay days are on certain dates. The guy I dealt with said I would have to contact the loan dept. and explain the situation at hand. So i did, I got an answer, oh no we can not work that way you signed the papers for those certain dates and we cannot change them. I get told one thing then another. someone needs to get the story straight. What the hell is this checking in bullshit. I understand that you have had people skip out on you but some of us are real. I do understand its not your problem that we were in jail. But you people kick us down more when we are down. Now at this point I have asked for some type of written statement stating I have been checking in like you are my parole officers. The agent tells me I cant do that. I ask why? He could not even answer intelligently. So I am at my wits with this company. You may red flag me all you want you will get paid on my days that I get paid on. I will never use this company again I will be sure to tell all the people I know never to use this company. You are the worst I ever dealt with and never never again will I go threw you to bail any one out. If you want to bail someone out of jail go to ALLADIN They will work with you and there agents do not have a chip on there shoulders. At least they treat you with a smile. I did not have any business with this crap company whatsoever, I was a victim of this company due to a estranged family member. Five armed bail agents showed up at my front and harassed, threatened and demanded entrance into my home, which I refused. These criminal proceed to break the lock on my side gate and illegally enter my backyard. They are implied that the Elk Grove PD sent them over to my house, thus, making them defacto police officers. One threatened me with arrest for allegedly harboring a fugitive. The person they were looking for had not been here in over five years and was not welcome here for this very reason and many others. In addition to vandalizing my gate and trespassing they did not bother to shut the gate and my dogs got out. I was able to get my dogs, but their response was "F*** You!" When confronted about my gate. I tried contacting the company directly. The email on their website is a fake one and does not work. So, if you are thinking of using this company, I would think twice. Do you really want thugs with guns harassing your entire family. The funny thing is that the PD told me that the bond was only $1,500, so they needed five armed agents to apprehend a guy for a $1,500 bond? What was each guys share $50? For your money back from this horrible company file a compliant with California Deparetment of Insurance ( CDI). They will help resolve the issue or take their operating license. Falsely arrested. No charges filed but this scam of a company decided to make up a number and charge my account. When I fought via my bank they called everyone I know pretty much and lied..yeah lied saying I am wanted and skipping out. Again..NO CHARGES WERE EVER FILED. Scammers. Lawsuit for defamation of character, lost wages, stress, etc... you can file yourself in small claims or spend about $500.00 on a good lawyer to show up and fight these scammers. read more

So I bailed out with the Bail Hotline last year on a personal matter, the manager at the time Cameron was great, he was there with the owner actually. Service was excellent, he got me out on a huge bail with little money down and my girlfriend signing. Well, I came back looking for Cameron to bail my friend out and I was greeted by some rude workers, a short white dude told me he doesn't work here anymore are you trying to bail someone or not in a rude tone.
