This has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with and bail bondsman. They were so quick and efficient when it came to taking my money but when it came to posting the actual bond I've never seen anyone take so long in my life. I made sure to inform Them multiple times my boyfriends name was in the system incorrectly for some reason - a spelling error that ended his last name a few letters short and asked if that would cause any potential issue with getting his bond posted. These lazy scammers ignored me completely and despite having paid the bond at 7pm on Monday evening couldn't even figure out how to get the bond posted properly until 4pm Tuesday. You have ONE JOB. How hard could it be to make sure that you are effectively posting bail for the one to two customers you probably get per day. Especially the ones that spend $7000 dollars for you to do so. What a joke of a company. TRUST ME GO ELSEWHERE WITH YOUR BUSINESS. Even if this place offers a "discount". It won't be worth it. I've posted bail with other companies in the past and they all actually gave a shit about their customers. This really cannot be that complicated of a job. It takes a real lack of interest and effort for them to drop the ball on posting bail after someone's gone thru the whole process of handing over their money and verifying their info and all of their references information. I sincerely wish I'd taken my business elsewhere to a company that's actually remotely competent but I guess it's too late for that. I'll update with just how many hours it took to get my loved one out of jail but it's already coming up on 24 hours since the bail was paid in full and I've just been told they barely got the bond posted correctly just over an hour ago. The service was average, the guy helping me was on his own personal cell phone while giving me information. After I paid he failed to tell me I'd have to wait 6 hrs before my friend would be released. Not only did he fail to give me that info he also didn't post the bail until 6pm when I paid and processed at noon. When I went for my friend the officer at the window asked me what bail company I used and what time I went. I told him and his response was, "file a complaint because this company is notorious for posting bails multiple hrs later and people end up waiting for them all the time." He then said he'd talk to them when they came but I'd have to wait another 4 hrs. I got there at 2pm and my friend wasn't released until 12:30am. I wish I would of never used them. read more

I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism in my life they are treating me like a criminal and I am only a co signor on the account the initial process was a slow as can be but my husband was released so I made nothing of it case is dismissed and now the payment harassment begins, I had one declined payment and now I am demanded to make a payment in person I live 91 miles away! As if nobody had a bank issue it was a deposit delay out of my control! So I call to talk to a manager and Sonia a "manager" behaved like a child yelling at me very defensive protecting her employee without even hearing my issue.
