Sleeping in one morning, my roomate yelled down the hall "roy,cops Are here ,and they want to talk to you"(douche) Alright so I was picked up on a warrant I didn't even know I had, on a case from 9 months prior that Had not only been dropped, but I had bailed out on and was stil making payments to the otherbondsman! Needles to say I wasn't going to call that chop shop again. So I called BailHotLine, and I'm glad I did. Now it takes forever for me to clear in the system because of federal record and aka's'. But i felt for the first time ever someone actually gave a shit and got me out of there quick without all of the stress and threats of most others (including KingStahlman,Aladdin,allpro,and that last one Badboys). Quick, easy, organized, officiant and the first bondsman I've seen that's well dressed. I'm talking shirt and tie folks , like a real grown up! Not some polo shirt or god forbid some ratchet pullover. It really may sound like it's unimportant to dress biz or even business casual as a bondsman, but understand this: when you've been staring at deputies who think their still in the corps with more gear than a navy seal, it really gives you a sigh of relief to know that your starting lineup takes your Case as seriously as The other guys. So I was greeted well,as was everyone who walked in. The snazzy dressed charger fan had some opinions about my raider pjs but seemed incredibly helpful anyway. I was in and out in no time at all and that was a first. I even got a lanyard for my girls keys. Lol. And told if I wanted to "rep tha Set" more T-shirts would be available soon. Anyway I have zero complaints about bailhotline, everyone has been so nice,helpful and professional. Thanks to everyone who got me out. ~it may be a RaiderNation. a year ago i bailed out on a 400 thousand bond required to were a ankle monitor... i paid 10% in full in the 30 day agreement..during this year i've payed 200 a month for the monitor that's plus the 20k i put up front. i was told by this company recently that if i was able to get a bail reduction of just 100k then they would remove the device? well today 10/27/23 we were able to conclude my court hearings with great success however thirty days until sentence that's comon practice? in any case 250k was removed from my bond 150k will stay until sentence.. however not true to there word its more important they get there last 200 slimy dollars... so bailhotline refused to remove the device for 30days.. these people are straight out debt collectors and they care not about anyone of you they pass the phone around from county to county most the time youve no idea with whom your speaking!!! my advice to anyone using this company expect to be threghtend expext to be lied to .... dont expect any respect because you honor your agreement..these cockroaches are gutter trash debt collecters and they like to flex there cowardly power in fact its just that truly.. read more

I entered my information to look up if my brother is in jail and realized I logged into the wrong website. Immediately someone called me from this bail bond business and I told them specifically that we do not want to do business with them and should not use any of the information I provided to them. They sent someone anyway to my brother and told him that I contacted them. Misrepresenting themselves by making it seem like his sister sent them there and they used my name as well. So when I came to pick up my brother, I told him that I'm surprised that he got out early. He then told me that he thought I contacted a bail bond company and sent them there. Which is a load of sh*t. I called them and told them it's unethical to approach my brother and tell him that his sister contacted them. I made a mistake of logging into their website and entering information to see if my brother is in jail. Anyway, long story short. My brother would have been fine sitting in jail for another day and he said so himself. Thinking that I sent someone there, he filled out the paperwork. Business ethics these days are thrown out the window to make an easy buck. What a shame! My brother wouldn't have signed anything if they didn't mention my name. He thought I wanted him to do it. TO THE OWNER: it was a girl in Vista office that i spoke to. please keep your employees in check. if you want more information send me an e-mail. i hate dealing with unethical people.
