Went into have my trust notarized and recorded, but they only recorded it without notarization needed to validate the document. When I asked if we could come back in for a notary to complete the transaction, the employee conferenced in his supervisor (owner?) who said "no" and then proceeded to lose her cool when I was simply letting her know that the trust was invalid until properly motorized. This seemed like a good idea at the time and since I had not ever done this process I felt since it was recommended to me by a title company, it would be a good fit. Zach was amazing. Initially I spoke with the owner and explained my detailed situation and when zach and I wrapped up online on the phone there were some questions he said he would go back to the owner with as there were differences with how he was explained m y initial request. Thats when the owner called me back and talked with me and zach on the same line. Seemed like a typical communication error, but then after it got really strange. Again, I hired this service because I did not know how to the task properly but as I was talked to by the owner she kept making me feel like my other documents/deeds were all wrong and actually talked to me like I was a child that needed to be scolded. I then address it with her and she then started making it seem like I was overreacting. Rather then reach back like a respectful owner should, (i have owned 8 businesses) knowing the stress I am already under with losing a dear friend and the divorce itself, she fired me as a client with this email.
