He was the rudest person as a manager that I've ever dealt with and even insinuated I was lying he called me the next day and said that land pride was not going to cover it was my fault that the slip clutch didn't work but it worked 2 weeks before. Other people that have seen the driveline think the metal just had a flaw in it. Either way I think it should have been covered under warranty but that's their choice. I am paying for about 40 000 bucks of equipment I got from there and they can't cover a 107$ part that's what it cost me to order the oem part. l have had 2 more problems down there where people were rude or short with me. It's just my opinion that the customer service there is awful. If I had it to do over again I would buy the same tractor somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever been so upset that I have left a bad review. I know customer service has gotten bad most everywhere but I have just never been talked to and treated unfairly like I was there. The ice maker was not working but it also has been having problems with the temperature not getting cold and the freezer not holding temperature. Aco has come to fix the fridge at least ten times and still haven't fixed the problem. They have dragged the repair for weeks and months. They have come and not even check anything in the back of the fridge to see what is the problem. Stay away from this company.
