    Garbage always broke!!
    Jon G.

This place is not even worth 1 star. Look at the photos! Gated community? No it has a gate at the entrance that's broke half the time. Cars broken into 2-3 times while here. This place is not worth $1,500 a month. Maybe $1,000 at the most. Everything is in need of updating or repair. They bend you over backward when you go month to month. Almost everyone you talk too has problems or has had problems. All but one girl in the office is helpful. Rest are rude and get snippy. Move elsewhere. For either the same or a little bit more you can get a way better place than

Every time it rains my apartment floods. It starts in the second bathroom against the wall that I share with a neighbor. It starts there and goes to the master bathroom, from there it goes to the master bedroom closet and finally the bedroom. I moved into this place on October 2021. I have been informed that this was a recurring problem. Every time it rains I have to move everything from the bedroom and closet to the living room and the dining room and other bedroom so they can place a wet vac. It has been 6 times as of February 28, 2022. I can't take it anymore. I may have to lose my deposit ($1450) but cannot tolerate this. I am lucky that I have a sleeper sofa or I would have to sleep on the floor Today is March 22, 2022 and my apartment has flooded for the 7th time even though did the front of my apartment as well as the back. I have got to get out of the lease. She agreed to the reply at the bottom of this comment but she won't put it in writing. No one should have to put up with this. I told the management that I was going to move to another complex. I wanted her to put it in writing what she agreed to give me back all my deposit ($1450). She refused and said I would have to her a move-out date. I am on a waiting list so I can't give her a time. I don't trust her. They knew about the water damage before I signed the lease. Today is May 22. I had rain damage again. It's the 11 time. I got approved at another Apartment Complex. I move in on July 15th. Shelly, the manager, still will not put it writing. I don't trust Shelly. She said that once I had another place to live she would completely refund all the deposits. Bailey Creek Apartments sent me a letter I would have to clean my apartment or they would make deductions. I can't wait till July 15th.

6/15/26: Management reached out to me to rectify the solution and seemed genuinely concerned with…read morewhat happened which I appreciate. I'm happy to update my review. The rating is based on my experience thus far with move-in. Went to view these and really loved the layout and overall property. I have a walkthrough scheduled and hopefully won't encounter any issues with the actual unit. My issue is with the lackluster communication and, at times, unprofessionalism, with the office. Information regarding special fees, walkthrough timeframes, as well as lack of follow-up regarding ensuring an incoming resident is taken care of has been disappointing. It's important to keep tone and professionalism in check as well. The office is there to help, not make residents feel like a bother for asking for information that should've been provided to them. My responsibility is to make sure I have all my T's crossed and I's dotted upon move-in but a leasing office should care to provide that information and experience. Could just be another case of an apartment not caring after you sign the lease which would be unfortunate and sad but not uncommon nowadays. Either way, the unit itself will be what I'm paying for and matters most for my happiness. As stated, I'm excited about the place and hope the professionalism and attitude of the office improves. If so, I will gladly update my review. 6/13/26: Just did the walkthrough and it was...not ready. No bugs or anything like that but I was lied to about the specifications of the unit as well as the size of the patio. Needs a good power wash and lots of cosmetic work that wasn't cared about at all (paint, for example). I'm sure if my name was Becky or Savannah and I had blonde hair it would've been 100%. So, I'll come back and do another walkthrough a day or so before move-in. Once these issues are fixed, I'm sure I'll be happy in my place. The agent in the office on Saturdays, Kierra, was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive of my concerns. She actively avoided assisting me and lied about having another appointment to not take responsibility for the apartment not being ready. I am a friendly, kind and responsible tenant. If an apartment isn't ready, be professional, take accountability and just take care of it. It's very simple and I will not be bullied by a weekend leasing agent who doesn't want to de-escalate and actually work to solve the problems. If she had taken the feedback (no aggression, cursing, nothing lol) and said "we'll take care of it," that would've been the way to solve it. I work with people everyday who are frustrated, irritated and it is my job to ease their worries and work towards a solution. Not run and hide and play victim because I don't want to do my job. I have reached out to corporate regarding her behavior as it truly was reprehensible to treat an incoming non-threatening, nor aggressive tenant this way just because you don't want to do your job (which, in this case, was to take notes apologize and let me know it would be taken care of and ready). She really made a mountain out of a molehill so, as stated, I have reached out to corporate in regards to so future residents will not have this issue or have to encounter her. She made me feel very unsafe, unwelcome and she was aggressive in tone throughout the entire walkthrough. My mother was there with me and can attest to what occurred. It is important to have employees representing the company who are professional, truly care and try and reach a resolution. Not ones who are argumentative, aggressive, and who make incoming residents feel physically unsafe (her body language was aggressive and she dismissed everything I said with a "Mhm," "Yeah, I guess we'll see what we can do."). She was also rolling her eyes throughout not thinking myself or my mother noticed. She is not a good representative of what a caring and professional leasing agent should be. I've already been approved and a weekend leasing agent does not have the power to do anything in retaliation because they don't want to do their job. It's been sent to corporate to rectify. As stated previously, I was very excited to move in and hope things turn around for the positive but that is not on my end to do. I hope everything is ready upon move in. I was planning to stay here for a few years, but strictly due to Kierra's unprofessionalism today, I have decided to make this a one-year term and move elsewhere after. Customer service truly can make or break an experience and I think companies need a reminder of that.

apartments are good , few of them are modernized and few of them are recent. I have no issue with…read morethe apartment but with the management and how they treat people there. The tenants have got no respect at all , they treat people like shit. Not all in the office are like that , but one lady who got no respect for anyone living in the apartment, she feels like she is the land lord, and I don't want to name her here. She had got whole new level of knowledge making people feel bad and she can even go to any extent , I mean any extent it takes to satisfy her ego Reason why I don't recommend these apartments.
