The doctor seemed to be great.. However the lady handling the paperwork in the office was horrible. Could not, answer a phone call, return a phone call.. She meesed up my paperwork going to my insurance company.. then tells me to quit calling her.. I've talked to my insurance company and they said I was ready to go..Its all a bunch of crap. She was just trying to cover her up her incompetence.. I'm sure hes is a fine doctor, he seemed to be great however he has some idots working for him. This has been my experience. He was so very rude, obnoxious and demeaning and disrespectful. he should not be in practice nor dealing with patients that count on him. he was rude and demeaning and very disrespectful to me and rushed me through it. shame on him. read more

Dr Bailey and his staff are wonderful. I had my first appointment with Dr Bailey in January 2023. Dr Bailey addressed my problem with my hearing and audible health. He is attentive and listens to your concerns( needs). He's been. Wry helpful in correcting my hearing issues. read more

I went in for an ENT visit and didn't realize this is a really busy place and apparently he is a cosmetic surgeon in town too. I arrived early and waited a bit to be called in. The older woman at the front desk was SO RUDE. I've never had to deal with a rude person at a medical office, so was a little surprised people were taking her crap. Fast forward to the appointment, the doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He referred me to a specialist in Kingman. I would come back to this doctor only because of his expertise, not for the rude front desk lady. The office was clean and tidy, so that's at least a plus. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place a 1 star is because of the receptionist up front was very nice. The doctor did not want to listen to anything I said and interrupted me when I tried explaining what was wrong. He didn't spend even spend 5 minutes to talk to me. read more

First time ever! I walked out of this office. The waiting room was presentable and clean, and the staff was nice. It took well over an hour to get in to see the doctor. While waiting in the patient room, I started looking around. I noticed some sort of liquid had splashed on the hoses and electrical cords for his medical instruments, it was dirty gray looking. No clue what that was. Looking around a little more I noticed a lot of dirt around the perimeter of the floor and on the side of the cabinets. I told the nurse, "there is no way any instruments in that office are coming near me, it's filthy". She tried to assure me that the rooms are cleaned each night. Not sure which night she meant, maybe the last night of each month. Regardless, it was not sanitary! read more

This man is a total butcher. He is not a cosmetic surgeon by a long stretch of the imagination. He is a ears, nose , throat doctor that decided to try and make some extra money doing cosmetic surgery on the side. To make a long story short i took my 11 year old son in to have on of his ears slightly pinned back. A very minor procedure. He was born with one of his ears sticking out more than the other due to lack of cartilage. It started bothering him because he said kids called him names at school. No big deal, went in for a consultation and Dr Baily assured us it is a very common procedure. First mistake he convinced us he needed to do surgery on both ears to make sure they came out the same. Only one ear was sticking out, the other perfectly normal. What we saw after the bandages came off was not expected. First off the floppy ear was pinned completely against his head. Could not even get a qtip behind it to clean. The other ear that was normal looked like he used a chain saw to make the incision. Dr Baily assured us the sutures would relax and the ears would look normal. After 3 week a small infection started on one ear that was due to the procedure. He told us that was a risk we took and we would have to pay for him to go back in and do surgery again. That's were we stopped and went to another cosmetic surgeon for a second opinion. The new doctor we went to said infection Dr. Baily tried to do surgery again for was totally unnecessary. He screwed up the procedure and tried to get us to pay again so he could go back and try to fix his screw up. I wish i could figure out how to post pictures on this review of the hack job he did on my son. I will now be taking my son to a REAL cosmetic surgeon to try and repair what this man has done to my son. read more

I went to my primary because i was having issues regarding my head and neck and a surprising new devolpment occured my tongue was black. I wish i could upload pictures and show you but my primary tried to do scrapping and it wouldn't come off. Concerned she referred me to Dr. Bailey. The blackness went away and reoccured several times before i finally got in to see him. At the time off the appointment my tongue wasn't black but i had pictures to show him. My girlfriend came with me and it took about a half hour to fill out all the paper work. The paperwork ask a whole bunch of questions and seemed very thorough on the problem and my history. We waited awhile before we went back. The aid was really nice my girlfriend brought up my snoring and i was going to dismiss that but the aid said oh no we treat and see a lot of people for snoring here. Snoring is considered not normal. So I said I'd bring it up. Dr. Bailey came running in asked why i was here. I told him about my black tongue and he looked and said well your tongue is not black now so good news im going to live for a hundred years. Dumbfounded that he just dismissed it the only other thing i can think of was to ask about snoring. He quickly answered oh thats just because of your wieght youknow that. Now I'm husky but not offerly large so even more shocked and insulted now. I looked at my girlfriend whos 125lb wet i said she snores is it because of her weight too? He shrugged and said oh its different for everyone! He was so rude and insulting not only to me but to the doctor that referred me. I've been in the medical field all my life and i have never met a worse doctor. I'm not blind i can see that my tongue is no longer black at the time but to not look or go over any of the paper work or give me any insight as to why it may have occured. Absolutely nothing it was just rediculous he didnt listen or care to anything we had to say. I walked out feeling worse and embarrassed. He dismissed everything and was only in the room maybe 3 whole min. Didnt even look at my ears or nose. I just warn anyone if you can go to someone else you DEFINITELY SHOULD. I would of given him no stars if i could. Wishing everyone good luck with their problem. read more

Even though I read the previous review, I went to Dr. Bailey. I found him to be a kind, caring Doctor. I was pleased with my results, but they did not involve surgery. The only thing I can say negative at all is that I wish my results lasted longer than six months! But that has nothing to do with Dr. Bailey, but everything to do with the products and probably my age, LOL! read more

I have been on allergy pills & nose spray for over 20 yrs.Mr Bailey did nose surgery on me & now my nose doesn't plug up anymore & no longer take allergy pills. read more
