Huge RAVE for Dr. Michael Proctor and his staff at AZ Desert Dermatology. I called approximately…read moresix weeks ago for an appointment for a terribly painful,, infected sebaceous cyst. Thankfully, they gave me an appointment for the next day. It turns out that it was a bacterial infection that could've led to serious consequences if not treated carefully. He drained the cyst, taking every precaution to keep from spreading the infection...making sure that he and his assistant(s) continually cleaned the working areas and washed their hands often. He had to wait until the infection was gone before attempting to remove the cyst itself. After taking an antibiotic for a month and biweekly check ups, Dr. Proctor was able to surgically removed the cyst. His suturing job was spot on! The stitches were in for a couple of weeks and were removed a few days ago. I just want to say thank you for a job well done !
