I've had my lil' travel trailer serviced for winterizing, de-winterizing and systems checks and repairs for a couple years now. They do a great job at fixing broken components - and spot maintenance before it becomes a problem. They're patient too explaining how to use things yearly to me :) as I am a seasonal Rv'er and forget the whole order of operations with propane, water,etc... They are realistic with their scheduling and always seem to do a little extra if I need something while I'm there. I used to drive an hour one way to see them. I moved even further away and I just drove 2 hours one way just to get my service done by them. This location had Operational issues which took its toll on the current inexperience staff transition from a Roy Robinson to Camping World. Ultimately effecting our Customer Service experience. Our Sales Rep- Jared was caring and kind. He truly followed through when we had challenges on any issues throughout the sales process. Jim- Acting GM, was over worked, pulled from every direction and had to be covered by other GM's in the area to have a day off. He did not have any interaction with us until it became crucial. Buyer beware " Vehicles on Consignment". is handled as Third Party. Especially when repairs are needed. Our most valuable, memorable and appreciated experience was meeting Steven Gutierrez. So, I purchased a brand-new Sanibel 40 FT RV in February of this year for $102,000 after selling my…read morehouse to a developer due to my home flooding and not being covered by my insurance. When I purchased, I found out the huge mirror in my bathroom cracked on transportation, and when I found that out the service department asked if I know someone who could install the new mirror, and I said no, because if it gets broken it would no longer be covered by warranty. They ended up sending a technician to install the new mirror. In that time my son's drawer broke so they asked me if I could bring it to them to have the correct parts and tools to repair it. No problem, and I dropped it off with them. They sent the technician to install the new mirror and repair the drawer. He didn't have the correct parts for the drawer, so had to come back. During that time my refrigerator and freezer started flashing low and in a few days were inoperable. When the technician came again, he checked my refrigerator and freezer and told my adult son it was the battery. I never got a text back which is mostly how I communicated with the service department who informed me they do not do mobile service after I emailed the general manager asking for help on this. I haven't had a fridge or freezer for a month in a brand-new RV. The service manager asked me if I wanted a list of mobile RV technicians. I haven't responded because I gave them all my money from my home selling. I just believe with their technician already having diagnosed the issue they should do the right thing and take care of this issue due to the circumstances regarding going without a fridge and freezer for a month already and the battery going bad within 3 months of purchasing the RV brand new, it's just common sense they take care of the issue.
