We tried jumping it ourselves, and even an employee from the store came out to help, but nothing worked. Then Trev showed up like an angel. Not only did he get the car started, but he refused to charge us a dime. Who does that anymore?! Saturday, August 1, while driving on I-5 south near the Tulalip Outlets just off exit 200, it was…read morestop and go traffic on the highway. Cars had slowed to a crawl and I came to a complete stop just as cars in front of me were stopped due to the early afternoon weekend traffic jam. And as I was stopped a light green Prius had crashed into my car completely damaging my rear bumper and pushing my car into the car in front of me further damaging my front bumper and hood. The shocking part was the driver of the light green Prius did not stop to check to see if myself, my passengers, and the driver in front of me were OK. The woman driving the lime green Prius had left the scene and drove off without taking any accountability or responsibility for what had happened. It looked like she was distracted and on her phone during the accident. Luckily, none of my passengers were hurt or injured during the accident. And the woman driving a 2017 Lexus in front of me was not hurt either. Her car did not sustain any damages either, just my 2005 Nissan Maxima SE. I had called 911 to request assistance and seek advice from a state trooper on whether my car was safe to drive home. It was fortunate that I did, I was still shaken from what had happened and still in disbelief the women in the light green Prius had driven away making it a hit and run accident. Soon after speaking with the state trooper I had called several tow truck companies in the area. Richard's Towing was one of two who responded immediately. I called and left a voice mail message with my name number and details of the accident. Richard had called me back and was very professional. He asked me specific details, where I was located, where I would like my car to be dropped off, calculated the total distance between Tulalip and Bothell (25 miles) to provide an accurate estimate, and he also provided an eta when he was able to pick up my car. Richard provided clear and transparent pricing, professional service, and I was also able to ride along in his tow truck for the drop off. During the ride home, Richard was very personable and shared his knowledge and experience with similar accidents. The accident was a bit jarring and the conversation helped me calm my nerves and get my mind off losing my car or no longer having a reliable car to drive. Once we arrived at my home, Richard safely unloaded my car, accepted my payment via phone app. He was also able to provide and email me an invoice for the towing service so I could submit a copy to my insurance company. I highly recommend Richard's Towing. Richard earned my trust by providing clear and transparent communication. His pricing was fair and accurate based on the miles calculated and rate for the distance traveled. Richard was also very personable and showed much needed empathy and compassion after my accident. If there were 10 stars, Cameron from Dick's Towing would get every single one…read more My in-laws' hybrid Lexus SUV died in the worst possible place--the second story of the WSDOT Anacortes to Friday Harbor Ferry - and as a hybrid, it required a flatbed that couldn't fit on the second story. The hybrid control system failed completely: doors locked, steering locked, brakes locked, shift locked - complete hybrid system failure. The car was a $50,000 paperweight holding up an entire ferry full of vehicles, including future rides as the ferry was scheduled for another sail after ours. Over 1,000 people were directly affected by this breakdown. AAA wouldn't help. Lexus Roadside Assistance wouldn't help. Four other tow companies said "no." Even the ferry crew had no idea how to handle it. I was calling around, then I got Cameron. Not only did she agree to take the job, she actually coordinated the tow around the ferry schedule (something everyone else refused to even consider). She showed up, sized up the impossible situation, and maneuvered her flatbed onto the boat with mathmatetically precise planning and surgeon-like precision to the very edge of the ferry, over the ocean and slowly but surely, against all odds, got the SUV off the second deck of the ferry and onto her truck. This wasn't just a tow--this was a rescue operation. She solved the problem when literally no one else could. Cameron is sharp, fearless, professional, and just plain good at what she does. I received a notification that my truck was towed on Saturday, and I found out it's was dicks…read moretowing I immediately called them and I had they talking to me rudely when I started asking questions on how to recover my vehicle from them back, the first adamant lady told me she was gonna end the call if I kept arguing with her that the truck was mine and the sole owner to the truck I then went to the office on 05/16/26 and requested to retrieve my truck even though they said that they were going to charge me after hours fees I didn't even cared about it it, upon arrival at the dicks towing office there was a guy and two ladies inside and I knocked on the door they blankly ignored me as if I didn't called them 30mins ago that I was going to retrieve the vehicle, immediately I called the number posted on the business door and another rude lady answered the phone was yelling that the truck wasn't mine that it was owned by the old contracted company that we had contract with and upon letting them know that I got the copy of the title and all lease agreements and power of attorney that proves that this truck is owned by me she refused to talk to me about what I need to get my truck , then I called the police since they were refusing to release my equipment to me, and then the police arrived and called the contracting company my truck wasn't signed on to and they informed them that I own the truck that my contract with them was already terminated previous day already upon giving the exact paperwork that has the copy of the title of truck from the finance company, the power of attorney having me and the leasing company and also the signed lease agreement between me,my company and the truck leasing company the 2 adamant rude woman slammed the paperwork without looking at it at my face and then they said that anyone can just walk in and claim that they own a truck, I decided to walk away and request the truck finance company contacted them early Monday and I sent emails adding the so called Mr dicks the owner on the email I sent and the finance company was shocked that they did that to my business on Saturday and they sent same paperwork I gave them to their email and not only this so called tow company was in violation of 2 wa state RCW RCW 46.55.120 and RCW 46.55.200 laws they also made serious damages to my truck because it was towed improperly, they messed the speed sensor and dent my frame with their towing equipment, upon speaking to the so called Owner Mr ignorant Dicks this morning all he told me was I should get into my F$$$King truck and F$$$&king get out of his business that if the truck hadn't parked at the wrong spot that it would've had gotten towed and had those damages, so you gonna tell me that it's okay to damage people equipment because it was parked at the wrong spots I didn't know that how you run your towing company damaging peoples vehicles,which I called the cops and had an incident report of the damages I would be seeing you in court shortly like I promised you this morning Mr Dicks and you're of no difference from your two ignorant rude adamant female employees you had that attended to me on Saturday, my lost revenue for those days you refused to release my truck to me too I sure wouldn't let that slide ATP because of your ignorant behaviors.
