My washer was on the fritz and tried one guy in Pueblo who never returned my call, another in La Junta who also did not return my call. I was so discouraged I was considering just buying a new washer. Luckily, I ran into a friend of mine that recommended calling Bair. I got set up with an appointment for a few days later, Brian came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and one week later returned and repaired the machine. He was in and out, no nonsense, and no complaining about the tight workspace, and he's a big guy! Thank you, Brian, for being reliable and knowledgeable! This is the ONLY appliance repair I will ever call again. read more

I had only heard good things about Bair. My refrigerator went out on a Friday evening. Called to see if he could fix it. He was unable to come out for a week and a half. Then he didn't show up when he said he would. Called again and he came out that evening. He looked at it and told us what it would take to fix it. We told him to go ahead and fix it. So he said he would order the parts. Another week and a half later we called back to see where we were at. The parts were in but he wasn't going to be able to get out to fix it for another 2 weeks. I don't know about you but I need my refrigerator and being without one for 5 weeks is not acceptable. Especially, when we were going to have to be without one over Thanksgiving. What are we suppose to do, eat turkey sandwiches from Subway? We told him to forget it and went and bought a new fridge. read more

They came out again in Jan. 2017 and replaced it again and wanted to charge me again for it. I refused to pay since I had just paid them for a new one. Now, July 2017, it's not working yet again and they will not stand by their work. They won't even come out unless I pay for a service call. I would NEVER recommend this company. Their customer service and their work are both terrible.

While the measurements done by OBS' crew were accurate, sadly the old house isn't square anymore. So not a perfect fit. Nonetheless, quality is what we paid for. The material does change, and did during our purchase process, not their fault. Indeed OBS worked with us to find acceptable alternatives. More common materials for construction projects are readily available, and they will haul to your site as needed. The quality is what you can find anywhere. We have called Ryan to fix several appliances for ourselves and our friends and he is absolutely honest, shows up when he says, and offered us not only a great price but great advice. For instance, when our side by side refrigerator/freezer wasn't working, he not only got the part to repair it but also advised us a small switch was likely to go out and replaced that too. The price for two parts and two trips out to our house and the repair work was only $105--and everything works great again. I have met a lot of repair men over the years, but never only who diagnosed the problem and figured out preventive measures at the same time. I would recommend Bair's to anyone. read more

Nobody in the office when we arrived to pick up our order. Sign posted requesting we not enter the…read moreshop, so we complied. For ten minutes. Then we called their phone number from our cell phone and nobody answered. That's when we walked over to the shop. Saw a gentleman and asked if anyone was around so that we could pay for and pick up our order. He asked the name in the order. We told him. He disappeared. We stood around a few minutes more and then he came out and said to come into the office. He confirmed order, took payment and said nothing. Literally. No small talk, no thank you for your business. Nada. We then asked where to load and he said "stay where you are". He sent a guy out on a skid steer who loaded us, again said nothing. No offer of help strapping it down or anything . If we hadn't paid and if it wasn't a custom order, we would have walked out without a second thought. I'm sure the sheet metal is fine as far as their product. It's hard to mess that up, but the customer service was non existent. We didn't feel appreciated, so we won't be back.
