We are both seniors and upon asking him to correct the shoddy workmanship that he finished in 1 day. He came over to view what our complaints were. Told us he was going to get some lumber and never returned. Would not answer our telephone calls or texts. Be very Very aware of this man and be careful before you pay him cash. Do not trust him as we did.

We've also ordered Canadian oak hardwood here and were really impressed with the consistency and length of the boards. My dad has done a number of hardwood flooring installs and commented that this was the nicest wood he's laid. We've always found the customer service at Timbertown to be friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out and easy to browse and the staff really go out of their way to offer assistance.
